Content plan

A mate dragged me in.
Now I'm the mate.

Week of Mon 21 to Sun 27 Sep 2026

Fourteen posts, two a day.

Your main post at 5pm and a quest clip at 10am, the other way round at the weekend.

You film five main reels and three quest clips on Monday.

There's no sign-up page yet, so anyone who wants in messages you IN.

Your one line

The friend who drags you in.

What your one line meansTap to read

In July 2017 a mate dragged you into a gym. You'd probably never have started without him. In October you're that mate for the next lad.

Every post tells a bit of your story. Only a few ask.

The promise

30 days to your first real conversation in the gym.

What's in the 30 daysTap to read
Who it's forSkinny lads who lack confidence. Some train in one spot and leave in 30 minutes. Some haven't walked into a gym yet.
What's in itYour full coaching, training and food plan from day one. The basics: no headphones, eye contact and a smile, good morning, a morning routine. The conversations: introduce yourself to three strangers, then two or three minutes with someone you don't normally speak to.
Who it's not forThe lad who won't change his plan, won't do a morning routine, thinks he already eats well, or is difficult for the sake of it.
How he gets inHe applies, has a quick call with you, and he's in. Free, a small group. Starts Monday 5 October, doors shut that morning.

What the tags meanFive jobs, and what ASK means
Story

Something that happened to you, with the when and the where. It makes a stranger trust you.

Challenge

The 30 days. The only posts that ask him to join.

Him

The lad watching, described so well he knows it's him.

Proof

What happened to a lad you coached, told by you.

Opinion

What you stand against. It asks for his view.

ASK means that post asks him to join. Sunday's recap never asks.

Quest clips: 7 this weekYour second post, every day
  • What it isFifteen to thirty seconds of you doing one thing off your own list, out in the real world.
  • When it goes out10am on weekdays, your main post at 5pm. It swaps at the weekend.
  • The shape, every timeYour question first, then one fixed line, then the thing you did, then the ask. The question changes every day. Never open on the fixed line: the first three seconds decide whether a stranger stays.
  • The line that never changes"I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest." Second, never first, and said the same way every day so people start to know you by it.
  • If it needs nobody elseFilm the thing itself. Headphones into the bag, press-ups in the car park, your morning routine.
  • If it needs another personDo it for real, then film yourself twenty seconds later, in the place it happened.
  • The middle stays rawBetween the fixed line and the ask there is no script. One take. Don't redo it if you fluff a word.
  • The ask at the endA DM or a follow, never a comment. Wording changes, the mechanic stays. This is not the challenge ask: no quest clip asks anyone to join.

Five limits, and none of them bends.

  • Nobody else's face, and nobody else's voice if they could be recognised.
  • Never on base. No gym, no gate, no building, no uniform that belongs to work.
  • Show what you did and why it matters. Never how the method works: no levels, no order, no how long anything takes.
  • Never ask for a comment. A man is not going to say out loud, under your post, that he has no confidence.
  • No quest clip asks anyone to join the 30 days. The joining asks stay in their own posts.
Trial reels: none ready yetVolume first. Your call how many
  • Five openings, same sittingEvery piece you film, film the first line five times. Slightly different question, different word, different angle in. Same sitting, a few minutes. You now have five versions of one idea.
  • Who sees a trial reelOnly people who don't follow you. Never on your grid, never in your followers' feed.
  • When they go outNot yet. First we build up videos: the two a day, on brand, done properly. Then we take the runners, the ones that beat your own median on watch time, engagement or impressions, and push those.
  • Recommended, not requiredThe two posts a day are the job. The trial versions are recommended and not required: there is no cap and no quota, and how many re-cuts you make is your time and your call.
  • Every SundayWe check which first lines held strangers longest and use them the week after.

Nothing to cut yet. The openings you film this week are the material.

Three of the week's quest clips are in this list, because you can film them on the same trip. The other four you film in the week, the second after you have done the thing.

Sofa piece: use your front panel light. Everything else is daylight.

Not on base: Film at your normal gym, not at RAF Brize Norton.

That goes double for the quest clips: no gym, no gate, no building and no uniform that belongs to work. And nobody else's face in any shot, all week.

Your gym car park, or the walk from the car to the door. Morning, daylight. Phone at arm's length, you walking. Film it straight after you've done it, not before. Nobody else in shot: if someone comes past, wait or point the phone at the floor.

Normal, like you're telling a mate what you just did.

Not: pleased with yourself.

Say the number you actually got. If two ignored you, say that, it's better.

FIXED You're not scared of the gym. You're scared of being the skinniest lad in it.

July 2017, that was me. Back from a week away with the RAF, barely said a word to anyone. Went out in Oxford and didn't stop till ten the next morning.

Monday came. Hungover, in my overdraft, feeling rough.

My mate said: "We need to sort our shit out and stop drinking so much and start going to the gym."

Didn't really get a choice. He just dragged me to the gym.

Mostly machines. Didn't go near the free weights. Kept checking who was watching.

FIXED PUNCH If he hadn't dragged me in that first time, I'd probably never have started.

I always left that bit out. Because I thought: what if you haven't got a mate like that?

FIXED CLOSE So in October, I'm going to be that mate.

Record it in two or three pieces and retake freely.

YOUR WORDS: two or three plain lines on what actually happened this week, the way you'd tell the lads in the group chat. Two emoji at most, from ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ 8 days.

After postingSend us in the group: how many sent IN, how many said yes to your list message, how many sticker replies you messaged, and what made each lad message.

Film the quest clip

Film it when you do it

Wherever you are on a Sunday, straight after. Phone at arm's length, sitting or standing. Nobody else in it.

Relaxed, Sunday.

Not: a wrap up.

Hook

“Asked someone a real question today instead of talking about the weather.”

ScriptTap to read

FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words

Asked someone a real question today. Not the weather, not "you alright".

FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.

YOUR WORDS: the question you actually asked, word for word

Small talk is two people waiting for it to be over. A real question is you being interested, and people can tell the difference instantly.

How long have you been training here. What are you reading. Anything you actually want to know.

Ask one this week.

FIXED CLOSE If that's you, send me a message.

Built on THE CALL OUT:

  1. Name him
  2. Why it matters to him
  3. Your example
  4. One thing to do
  5. The close

Close

Say exactly: "Ask one this week."

Messages

Your stories

  • Film stories on the day, never on the shoot.
  • Answer every poll vote and sticker reply the same day.
  • From Thursday, end that message with: "Doing something in October you might be up for. 30 days, free, a small group. Want me to send you the details?"

Keep every question the sticker brings in. They're next week's topics.

Reply to anyone who sends IN:

Write his answer to "what made you message" next to his name.

Nice one ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ you're on the list. You'll get the link first as soon as it's up. Quick one while I've got you: what made you message? And are you training at the minute, or not yet? Got a mate who'd do it with you? Tell him to message me IN.

To your list, Thursday after the post

(hit list, old clients, anyone who's asked about coaching). Change the words to yours:

Hey [name], hope you're good. I'm doing something in October I think you'd be up for. 30 days to your first real conversation in the gym. It's free and it's a small group. Want me to send you the details as soon as they're up?

From Thursday, every message you start yourself

gets one line, in your own words: "I'm doing a free 30 days in October, a small group. Want the details?"

How it works

  1. 1

Never say or show the start date on camera. Say "October". The date goes in captions and stories. Past dates like July 2017 are fine.

  2. 2

Lines tagged FIXED in red stay as close to written as you can: the hook, the punch and the close. Say everything else your way.

  3. 3

Where it says YOUR WORDS, only you know the answer. Fill it in or cut the line. Never make one up.

  4. 4

The only keyword is IN. Never ask for any other word, anywhere.

  5. 5

On the Oxford night, tell the drinking and the Monday. Leave the rest out while you're in the RAF.

  6. 6

Nobody else's face in any shot, and never film on base. That goes for every quest clip.
