Week of Mon 28 Sep to Sun 4 Oct 2026
The page goes live on Monday.
Three main posts point at it, no quest clip does, and the rest don't ask.
You film four main pieces and two quest clips on Monday, and all of next week's main pieces on Friday.
Your one line
The friend who drags you in.
In July 2017 a mate dragged you into a gym. You'd probably never have started without him. In October you're that mate for the next lad.
Every post tells a bit of your story. Only a few ask.
The promise

What the tags meanFive jobs, and what ASK meansSomething that happened to you, with the when and the where. It makes a stranger trust you.
The 30 days. The only posts that ask him to join.
The lad watching, described so well he knows it's him.
What happened to a lad you coached, told by you.
What you stand against. It asks for his view.
ASK means that post asks him to join. Sunday's recap never asks.
Quest clips: 7 this weekYour second post, every dayFive limits, and none of them bends.
Trial reels: 19 ready to cutVolume first. Your call how many19, from last week's five videos.
Candidates by day, not a schedule
Monday 28 Sep · about 75 minutes · 6 stops
Two of this week's quest clips are in the list. The other five you film in the week, straight after you have done the thing, because you can't fake them on a Monday.
While you're at the gym, take one photo of the front desk or entrance for Wednesday. No faces. Dark at the table? Use the front panel light.
Not on base: Film at your normal gym.

1 of 2Quest clip, post 10am
Outside, wherever you were when you did it. Daylight. Phone at arm's length, standing still. Straight after. Nobody else in shot, and if you can hear them, cut it.
Amused at yourself.
Not: delivering a lesson.
Keep the one that landed badly. That one is the whole point.
Hook
“Told three strangers something nice today and one of them looked at me like I was mad.”
FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
Gave three people a compliment today. People I don't know.
FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.
YOUR WORDS: what you said to one of them, word for word
Nothing clever. I like your shoes. That coffee's good. Keep it small or it gets weird.
One of them properly lit up. One said thanks and carried on. One looked at me like I'd asked him for money.
And that's fine, because you're not doing it for the reaction. You're doing it to get used to putting yourself out there with nothing coming back.
Three this week. Small ones.

Nothing to film. The last slide needs a photo of you at your gym door. A still from last Thursday's video is fine.
Clear and plain, like you're telling a mate exactly what he's signing up for.
Not: a sales page.

Your gym, just off the floor or by the door, straight after the set. Gym lights, a bit out of breath is good. Phone at arm's length. The man who spotted you is not in it and is not named.
Slightly buzzing, post set.

YOUR WORDS: what you actually said to him
Took me about four sets to work up to it, and it took him about two seconds to say yes.
That's the bit nobody tells you. Asking for help feels like admitting you're weak. It isn't. Every strong lad in that room has asked somebody for a spot.

Outside, on a bench near home or in town, daylight. Phone propped at eye level. Sitting, leaning forward a bit.
Plain on the mirror line, then light for the class clown bit. Quieter from the sidekick line on.
Not: a sad story voice.
This one only works with your part. If nothing comes back by Monday's shoot, tell us before you leave the bench and we'll swap in a carousel.

FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
FIXED I used to hate looking in the mirror. Skinny, and in a group I'd sit on the outside, just nodding.
Primary school, I was the class clown. Secondary school, everyone else was developing and I was the skinny small guy. My confidence dropped, and it stayed low for years.
I had a mate who was an extrovert. In a group, he did all the talking. I didn't have to say a word.
FIXED PUNCH I was just like his little sidekick.
YOUR WORDS: the first time you had to do the talking yourself, with nobody to hide behind. Where you were, roughly when, what happened. One or two sentences, only what you remember. Not a night out, and not when you and your mate ended up in different units.

FIXED Skinny with no confidence? I'll coach you. There's just one kind of lad I'd say no to now.
About a year ago a lad messaged me. Skinny, wanted help.
I told him to change his training around a bit. He pushed back. Didn't want to change a thing.
Two to three hours a week replying and redoing his plan. I was dreading his check-ins.
My rule now: won't change the plan you're on, won't do a morning routine, think you already eat well and won't change, or you're difficult for the sake of it.
FIXED PUNCH Any one of those, and it's a no.

Keep every question the stickers bring in. Those are next week's topics.
If the page isn't live, every link sticker becomes a DM prompt: Message me IN, and what you say changes with it: Monday's line is "What you'll do in the 30 days is in today's post. Message me IN." and Saturday's ends "Message me IN." instead of "It's in my bio."
A lad who's already messaging you stays in the messages.
Book his call right there and take his number. The page is for lads who haven't messaged.
Monday morning, before the 5pm post.
To every lad who sent IN last week and every yes from your list. Change the words to yours:
Morning [name] ๐๐ผ said you'd hear first. 30 days, free, starts 5 October, small group. Want to grab a quick call this week? Send me a time that works. The page is live if you want a read first: [link]. Got a mate who'd do it with you? Send him the page.
Reply to anyone who messages from Monday, IN or not:
Write his answer next to his name, like last week.
Nice one ๐๐ผ want to grab a quick call this week? Send me a time that works. It's all on the page if you want a read first: [link]. Quick one while I've got you: what made you message?
Every message you start yourself this week
gets one line, in your own words: "I'm doing a free 30 days from 5 October, a small group. Fancy a quick call about it?"
If we tell you on Sunday night that last week was slow:
start at least ten messages a day and send the full invite instead of the one line:
Hey [name], hope you're good. I'm taking a small group through 30 days from 5 October: your first real conversation in the gym. It's free and I coach every lad myself. Fancy a quick call this week?
If the page isn't live on Monday:
keep last week's reply, hold the Monday message until the page is up, and post every close in its IN version.
Never say or show the start date on camera. Say "October". The date goes in captions and stories. Past dates like July 2017 are fine.
Lines tagged FIXED in red stay as close to written as you can: the hook, the punch and the close. Say everything else your way.
Where it says YOUR WORDS, only you know the answer. Fill it in or cut the line. Never make one up.
The only keyword is IN. Never ask for any other word, anywhere.
On the Oxford night, tell the drinking and the Monday. Leave the rest out while you're in the RAF.
Nobody else's face in any shot, and never film on base. That goes for every quest clip.
