Week of Mon 5 to Sun 11 Oct 2026
The 30 days start on Monday and the doors shut.
No post asks anyone to join this week.
You film every main piece on Friday 2 October, so the only thing you film in the week itself is one quest clip a day.
Never say how many lads are in, or what any of them did, unless he says yes.
Your one line
The friend who drags you in.
In July 2017 a mate dragged you into a gym. You'd probably never have started without him. In October you're that mate for the next lad.
Every post tells a bit of your story. Only a few ask.
The promise
30 days to your first real conversation in the gym.
The start date, and the only thing that changes if it moves.

What the tags meanFive jobs, and what ASK meansSomething that happened to you, with the when and the where. It makes a stranger trust you.
The 30 days. The only posts that ask him to join.
The lad watching, described so well he knows it's him.
What happened to a lad you coached, told by you.
What you stand against. It asks for his view.
ASK means that post asks him to join. Sunday's recap never asks.
Quest clips: 7 this weekYour second post, every dayFive limits, and none of them bends.
Trial reels: 20 ready to cutVolume first. Your call how many20, from the videos of weeks one and two.
Candidates by day, not a schedule
Friday 2 October · about 75 minutes · 5 stops
If you're away on 2 October, film this on your last day at home and tell us.
Kitchen table after dark? Use the front panel light.
Not on base: Film at your normal gym, not at RAF Brize Norton.
No strangers' faces in any shot. None of this week's quest clips is on this list: every one of them is filmed on its own day, because it is that day's task.

On your way in or on the way back to the car, morning. Daylight. Phone at arm's length, you walking or stood still. Film it on the day, it takes a minute. Nobody else in shot.
Business as usual, first day of something.
Not: a launch video.
No numbers. Not how many started, not who. Just what today's job is.
Hook
“Everyone who started with me today is doing the same thing I am.”
FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
A group of lads started the 30 days with me today, and the first thing I've asked them to do is look people in the eye and smile at them.
FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.
That's it. Not a stare, not waiting for them to look first. A glance and a smile, then carry on.
I'm doing it too. Did it four times on the way in here.
Sounds like nothing until you're the lad who's been looking at the floor for ten years.
Do one today.
FIXED CLOSE If that's you, send me a message.

YOUR WORDS: one line about how yours went this morning

In your gym, gym lights, phone on a tripod or propped on a bench. Shot 1, close: your hand drops your headphones into your bag and zips it. Shot 2, from the side: you training, a few reps, no headphones. Shot 3: between sets, you look round the gym, not at your phone. No other faces in shot.
Focused, just getting on with it.
Not: a hype montage.

FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
Today the lads are saying good morning to people. So am I.
FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.
YOUR WORDS: how many you got in this morning, and how many answered
Some of them won't say it back. Some of them didn't hear you. It makes no difference.
You're not collecting replies. You're proving to yourself that you can be the one who speaks first.
Say it to three people today.

Home, at the kitchen table, daylight from the window. Phone propped up in front of you. Sitting, leaning in a bit.
Warm and low, like you're talking to one lad who's nervous.
Not: telling him off for not messaging.

FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.
Name, then how are you. That's the whole thing.
The lads doing this with me have got three to do this week, and I'd bet the hard part isn't the talking. It's the two minutes beforehand where you decide whether you're going to.
That's the bit that gets easier. The talking was never the problem.

FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
FIXED You're a skinny lad in the gym, not a bodybuilder. So why are you training like one?
I see it in the gym. You can tell who's got a bodybuilder coach by the way he trains.
A bodybuilder plan has you living in the gym, obsessing over sets, reps, food and your physique.
FIXED PUNCH If you're not a bodybuilder, don't train like one.
It makes fitness another thing you can hide behind. You might build muscle, but you're still avoiding the things that actually require confidence.

FIXED I'm Kelvin. This is my confidence quest.
Not hello and how are you. Past that. Ask about his session, ask about his week, then listen to the answer.
This is the one the lads find the hardest, and it's the one that changes the room. You walk in somewhere you know one person and it stops being a room full of strangers.

FIXED: say it as written · dashed box: your words
FIXED You're quiet in the gym, so you think you're not confident.
I used to be a lot more introverted. Now I'd say I'm an introverted extrovert. With people I know really well, I'm more of an extrovert. In a group, less so.
YOUR WORDS: one time in a group when you felt you didn't belong. Where you were, roughly when, what you did instead of talking. Not the Oxford night, not your first session at the gym, and not the sidekick years. Those are told already. Only if it's true and you're happy to say it. If nothing comes, cut this line.

And this one, which makes grown men squirm more than all of it: say something nice to three people you don't know.

Keep every question the stickers bring in. They're next week's topics.
If the start moved to Friday 9: until Thursday, end it with: "30 days, free, starts Friday. Fancy a quick call about it? Send me a time." The link sticker goes on its own frame, never on the clip that points at the day's post.
If the start moved to Friday 9: Monday's and Friday's story rows swap whole, all four lines, with the posts. Monday to Thursday also carry a link sticker to the page with the words We start Friday (a DM prompt Message me IN if the page isn't live).
Reply to anyone who messages this week:
If he says yes, add him to your list. Don't promise a date or another round.
Cheers for the message ๐๐ผ We've just started, so the doors are shut for now. Want me to keep you posted? Quick one: what made you message?
If the start moved to Friday 9:
until Thursday 8, use last week's reply: book his call in the chat, the page link for a read.
Never say or show the start date on camera. Say "October". The date goes in captions and stories. Past dates like July 2017 are fine.
Lines tagged FIXED in red stay as close to written as you can: the hook, the punch and the close. Say everything else your way.
Where it says YOUR WORDS, only you know the answer. Fill it in or cut the line. Never make one up.
The only keyword is IN. Never ask for any other word, anywhere.
On the Oxford night, tell the drinking and the Monday. Leave the rest out while you're in the RAF.
