Kelvin Arnott Mon 21 Sep 2026 Meeting notes
The one thing today

Today you decide the 30 days.

What came out of it
Written after the call, 21 September

Settled

  • The brand. The door, dark into light, yellow and purple. Approved as it stands
  • The bio. Level 3 PT, once the smallest in the room, the friend who drags you in
  • The 30 days. Levels 1 and 2, with one level 4 quest in the final week. Your idea
  • The cap. Maximum 20, and you say it out loud in your stories
  • Covers are ours. You film, we build them and put them in your Drive

Next, and who has it

  • You: film five main reels and three quest clips today
  • You: send the first clip into the group, and five to eight testimonials
  • You: read the page and the plan this week, flag anything in WhatsApp
  • Andreas: finish the page for next Monday, then the bio link and the sheet
  • Caspar: five to ten minutes on stories, every day, for as long as you want it

Left open on purpose

  • The exact quest list. The shape is agreed, the list is not
  • Your verdict on the page. Deliberately given a week. It is ready next Monday
  • Story highlights and trial reel editing. Both pushed, so this week stays focused

What you are looking at

A

You have to read it

One run through this is not enough

  • Three weeks, fourteen posts a week. You will not remember that from one hour with us. Sit down with it on your own before Monday
  • Every post has its own card with the lot on it: the first line, the words you repeat every clip, what you film, what you ask for at the end, and the caption
  • We write it, you film it and cut it. Two posts a day is the whole job
  • If a card does not make sense, say so today. If you have to guess at it, we wrote it badly
  • Do not wait until it feels right. It gets better because you keep posting
B

The count

CW39, CW40, CW41. The weeks of 21 and 28 Sep and 5 Oct
42
Posts already written for you. Two a day, Monday to Sunday
21
Quest clips. One a day, you doing one thing off your own list. You speak in 17, four are text only
3
Film days: Mon 21 Sep, Mon 28 Sep, Fri 2 Oct. In between, one quest clip a day
1
Word people send you: IN. Nothing else, until the page is up

What we do next

1

The page

  • Thirty days, free, starting Monday 5 October. People can join until 11 October. Then it closes and does not open again
  • The page says straight out that this is a one off. You are not running it again in three months. It comes out of that night in 2017 and the nine years since
  • A small group, and the page says how many places there are
  • What they get: your full coaching. Training, food, the basics, from day one
  • Who it is not for: the lad who will not change his food, will not do the morning routine, or reckons he already eats well
  • How he gets in: he messages you, you have a quick call, he is in
What you think of this is the first thing we want today
2

The footage. This is what holds the page up

  • What is on your Drive is not good enough. The quality is low and none of it shows you the way you should be shown
  • You outside the gym. Your day to day, with your wife, active, out doing things, having a laugh. The life the lad watching you would want
  • You coaching. Actually coaching somebody, not talking about coaching
  • Your proof. Your best before and afters, and the one or two clients you said would go on camera. We need those two
  • The page cannot be finished on your notes alone. It needs the footage too
Your biggest gap, and the only one we cannot close for you
3

The quest clip, 10am every day

  • Same order every time: a question, then the one line you say in every clip, then the thing you did, then what you want them to do
  • Never start with that line. The first three seconds decide whether a stranger keeps watching
  • Fifteen to thirty seconds. You, outside, doing one thing off your own list
  • Ask for a message or a follow. We try both. Never a comment, because nobody admits in public that he has no confidence
  • Nothing from work in shot. No base, no gate, no uniform
Written out on all 21 cards
4

Two a day, and the optional extra

  • Main post at 5pm, quest clip at 10am. The other way round at the weekend
  • Every time you film, say the first line five times. Different question, different words. Same sitting, a couple of minutes. Now you have five versions of one clip
  • Those extra versions are recommended, not required. Two posts a day is the job
  • Instagram shows them only to people who do not follow you. They never land on your grid or in your followers' feed
  • If one version does better than your usual numbers, we put that one out properly
No quota. It is extra reach for no extra filming
5

Until the page is up: IN

  • Anyone who wants in sends you the word IN. One word only, so nobody gets it wrong
  • Answer the same way every time: you are on the list, link follows as soon as it is up
  • Never give a start date. October is enough until the page exists
  • Use your own words. Keep the order we wrote, the opening, the point, the close. The rest should sound like you
You are collecting names from Monday, before the page exists

Five decisions, on this call

  • Which of your 17 quests go into the 30 days. We cannot finish the page until you say
  • Does the page say what you want it to say. What is wrong and what is missing
  • Does the design look like you. The colours, the fonts, the feel of it
  • Monday or Tuesday for your first quest clip. Either is fine, pick one now
  • When we get the footage. Name a day this week. The page does not finish without it

A mate dragged me in. Now I'm the mate.

Your one line. Everything in these three weeks comes off it

30 days to your first real conversation in the gym.

What you promise them. You picked it yourself on 15 September
Not today
All four matter. None of them helps you post on Monday, so they wait
How you dress on camera
Next Monday It matters. This page already asks enough of you for one sitting
Naming your method
After the 30 days A name sticks once people have seen it work. Two are written down and waiting
The paid offer
9 November The free 30 days close on 11 October. What comes after is ours to solve, but start turning it over now
Us cutting your clips
You cut them yourself We write the scripts and plan the weeks. Filming and cutting are yours. The middle stays raw, one take
03

Ideas, last

Film what you are already doing

The best clips come out of things you were doing anyway. Get used to filming yourself on the walk in, in the car park, in the gym, instead of setting up a shoot for it.

When other people are in it

If someone does not want to be filmed, do the thing, then talk to the camera straight after. Point at the spot where it happened. Works just as well.

Stories on the day, never pre-made

Put the question stickers up on the day and answer them the same day. Thursday is the day you call people out directly.

Your old posts

When the new content starts, the old posts come down. Nothing you put out now has to sit next to your old prices and old offers.

Carousels

We make the first ones for you. After that you get a tool that builds them, so you are not waiting on us for something you could do in ten minutes.

We will come back at you quickly

You will get a lot of notes from us on the first things you film. It is quicker to sort in week one than in week three.

04

What came out of it

A

The five decisions

Three landed, one was given a week, one was overtaken
1

Which quests go into the 30 days

Shape agreed, list not fixed

  • Levels 1 and 2 through the first three weeks, then one level 4 quest in the final week
  • Your idea: the press-ups or the sit-ups in public. The group shares it and the 30 days end on a high
  • What is not written yet is the actual list. That is the next thing we build together
Your proposal, Caspar built the closing week around it
2

Does the page say what you want it to say

Given a week on purpose

  • The page is not finished until next Monday, so there is no rush on your read
  • Read the text properly and flag anything that feels off in the WhatsApp group
  • Wording, messaging, anything missing. More feedback is better than less
Andreas: take your time, it is ready next Monday
3

Does the design look like you

Yes

  • The door, dark into light, yellow and purple. Approved as it stands
  • Covers, carousels and the door mark all come from the same world
  • You: "It is like everything we have discussed over the previous weeks is all put into that"
Approved on the call
4

Monday or Tuesday for the first quest clip

Monday

  • You film first, read the plan afterwards, then shoot more on Tuesday
  • Five main reels and three quest clips in one go
  • Your diary is clear for two weeks, so the next fortnight is the window
Your call, made on the spot
5

When we get the footage

Overtaken on the call

  • What is already on your Drive is good enough for the page. We are not waiting on a shoot
  • What we do need: five to eight testimonial screenshots and your best before and afters. You said they are in a folder
  • Better photography comes later. Meg might be able to shoot some
Andreas changed his own position, having seen the Drive
B

What else was settled

Seven things that are now fixed

  • The bio. Level 3 PT, once the smallest in the room, the friend who drags you in. You had been told never to put qualifications in a bio. At twenty clients coached, the certificate carries the trust until the transformations do
  • Covers are ours. You had been told good looking thumbnails get your reach cut. That is wrong. What matters on a cover is a text teaser that makes someone tap
  • Three pinned posts. The re-cut origin reel with a new cover, the 30 days, the quest ladder. The last two are carousels, because the main grid is what matters and some people would rather read than watch
  • The cap is real and you say it. Maximum 20, maybe 15. In the stories rather than the reels. Never a running count
  • Trial reels: both, quest clips first. You have been posting the identical video as a trial reel. Over time that cuts your reach, so the versions have to differ
  • Daily story calls. Five to ten minutes with Caspar, every day, for as long as you want them
  • Everything runs through the WhatsApp group. The plan link sits in the group description, so you never have to hunt for it

Still open

The five levels read wrong

Caspar flagged it and we parked it for after the call. As the page stands, a reader thinks all five levels are inside the 30 days. It needs one line separating what is in the challenge from how you coach, so nobody arrives expecting more than they get.

The quest list itself

Levels 1 and 2 plus one from level 4 is the shape. Which quests, in which order, across which weeks, is the next thing we write down together.

Story highlights

You have three. We can do them on a quick call during the week, or leave them until next Monday. Not urgent, and the content plan takes priority.

Trial reel editing

Pushed to next week on purpose. You edit in CapCut, then captions, then edits, which is three steps too many. We will send you a reel showing the quick way.

The FAQ

Add the questions your own clients actually ask. Anything you want to explain before they apply belongs there, because it takes the objection off the call.

Your two clear weeks

Your line is free for a fortnight and that is the window. Work could still pull you back, so the earlier the filming is done, the less that matters.

The transcript

Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, your notes, wherever you keep things. Written by a machine from the recording, so the odd word is wrong.

Caspar Kjær00:00 - 00:06

And yeah, so we will probably also ask you to get this information out, but yeah, that's very important today.

Andreas Hartenfels00:07 - 02:53

There will be a shift, and that's why I will correct Casper a little bit. There will be a shift now from "we are being the ones that talk a lot" to "you being the one that talk a lot." And we will get a little bit more passive just to manage your expectation and ask you questions, and you have to act. Yeah, yeah. So framing the meeting here a little bit, that you know now it's a little bit pointing on you. And then it will be too much. But intentionally. Yeah. It will be—now it's like going to study mode. Yeah. Going to monk mode. Yeah. And really go deep, because now transition is happening. So— What we have as well is what you get from us after this meeting is, let me share this as well, really quick. Make the window a little bit smaller because I have really big screen here. There you go. You will get these meeting notes from us. After every meeting, this is what we discussed, or will discuss now in this meeting, so you have like a reread-through. So you can walk through that again. And make some notes and understand again. And at the end of this meeting, I will also attach the transcript of this meeting on the bottom of the page. So you have that as well, and can walk with your Claude or JGBT and say, "Hey, what did we discuss in the meeting?" everything. So you have something to work with. So much to that. What we will do today is we. Will show you the 3 weeks of content that we thought about. That's written in live, meaning the content plan is live, and the page for the 30-day challenge as well. Right. What comes next? The 5 things that we will walk through, and 5 decisions that you have to make. And yeah, if we got time, which we don't have today, is there is a third part for these meetings, meaning ideas, brainstorming, what can we change, what can we do differently. For your direction, but also in organization, in collaboration, it can be everything that we want to discuss. In the future meetings, but yeah, as said, I think today the agenda points 1 and 2 will be more than enough. And I would say, without further ado, we jump right into that. Yes. And start with the brand.

Caspar Kjær02:55 - 03:32

And also from starting from today, every time you run into a question or anything, just use the chat that we have in WhatsApp. I will be on it 24/7, unless when I'm sleeping. So now, in between each meeting, it's more often you've had a task, we've had something to do, now we have day-to-day execution so there can be many things. "Oh, how was it with this and this and this?" It's better to ask a question more than a question less, and have that. Yeah. Guidance or whatever it may be. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels03:33 - 06:20

Exactly. So this is not the landing page itself, just for your understanding, it's the—for me it's the—call it brand book. It seems like a website almost, but it's more like a—imagine like a sheet of paper or a nice presentation. Yeah. That's more or less showing the system. A little bit of how it does this actually look in Instagram. I mean, I showed you a sneak peek as well. And then we prepared a first concept of the landing page. Meaning it is not the full final design, because there are a few things missing, and I would like to have your feedback on it first, that we go from the structure and the content itself, the whole how it's built, and the story is built up, that we have your review and your approval on that, and then I would just polish it. That's the next step for this week. So that we have the goal to start. Like start leading the people through the landing page, filling out the form next week. But we can start today with the content and build up and start activating that whole challenge. Yeah, that's more or less the plan, and this is what we—what I will show you now, what we ask you, and this is more or less the feedback from last week that you gave us. That's not very important for now. Is it zoomed in or it's just the window so it's small? I think it's not small. Let me zoom out then. We came from here. We said this was the last week that we looked at, and you said you like the whole idea of the door. Yeah. And then you also said, "I like the yellow," and I had someone of the idea to make you be the one that drags them through the door. This doesn't have to be a final image or something that you publish, but in general, the idea to use your images, use different other motives, and showing that door also with this kind of dark. Frame around it, and inside the door, we have this—if you remember the flat white in the background. Yeah. And you standing just in that white—in that light white beige space. It focused the people to go into the light, through the door, you drag them there. Yeah. This is the whole idea. Yeah. So we can find all these ideas a little bit together, I would say. Yeah. Or not only a little bit. Yeah. First feeling?

Kelvin Arnott06:21 - 06:30

Yeah, yeah, I like it. I like the door side of it is good, yeah, because then it obviously ties back to the whole trajectory.

Caspar Kjær06:30 - 06:30

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott06:30 - 06:31

Tractory into the gym through the door.

Caspar Kjær06:32 - 06:32

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott06:33 - 06:40

And I'll, yeah, I like the light and the dark works well together as well. It's almost like bringing them into the lights office.

Andreas Hartenfels06:40 - 07:34

Exactly. Yeah, I really like that too, about the whole analogy. And then you can—I will show you, but you can transfer this into different motives. What we also set up is not so important for you, but set a color palette to work with in the future. So it's just that. What I think I told you in the beginning, it's very important when you build a brand, and that's why we call it personal brand, not an influencer, that in 1 year, in 2 years, there are people starting to recognize exactly that palette. And it's every time the same. Yeah. We worked with the yellow and the purple. We will see in a bit. So we didn't kill the purple at all. I think these 2 colors, if you see them like this, also work really well together. Yeah. It's not that you say, "Hmm, nah, I don't know, something's wrong." I think it really harmonic.

Caspar Kjær07:35 - 07:39

Yeah, and it's not a combination that you see in many places. No. That's also good. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels07:39 - 08:10

Yeah. But then again, I mean, yeah, where you look, you will find every sort of color everywhere. There are so many brands, but it's still important to find your identity and your visual look and you stick to it. You just stick to it. So that's why I set this up. For, of course, the landing pages and everything that we built, but it will be shown in the future for carousels, and stuff that you can use as well.

Caspar Kjær08:10 - 08:10

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels08:11 - 08:25

So you will also get all of this, and then you can say, "Claude, hey, use this, why is that?" Or we give you certain skills as well, so that you can—did we show you that with Johnny? I wasn't sure with the carousel skill.

Caspar Kjær08:25 - 08:26

No,

Kelvin Arnott08:26 - 08:34

yeah, you didn't show me how he does it, but he said to have a look at his—the way that he's carousels are set up and things like that.

Andreas Hartenfels08:34 - 11:22

Yeah. So it's always—for example, the testimonial thing, it's always looking the same. Yeah. Like a template. And we can give you, or we will give you skills that you can create these templates yourself. It's a little bit like Canva, but you don't have to click your way through it and stuff. It's just for AI. Right. Then there is like a type scale or what you say, what you call it, from big to slow and different use cases for it. Nothing too fancy or too important for now. And then it's these—I call them brand elements—that we will use more often everywhere to double down and show different things. It's what we talked about in the photograph. It's the. Let's call it the dark and the. Opening through the door kind of scheme. Yeah. Shown in an illustration. Also, in the mark, that we can use in your Instagram logo. It's just the door mark. It's just recognizable at some point to say, "Ah, it makes total sense. That's the door." Maybe people won't see, "Hey, Coach Kelvin, there is like the little mark." Oh, that's the door that Kelvin drags me through. That's not what happens, but they will say, "Ah, okay, he uses that everywhere." And that's the guy that drags you through the door. Yeah. This connection will happen over time, and then we have the purple, mainly used for the checkboxes. And smaller different other things. And there are different states, of course. There's an empty, a done, and a locked state, things like that. And then coming to the photographs, and what you just said with the door and dragging you into the light, I think that's a really, really nice say to and something we can reuse in different motives. With the gym, with maybe the gym floor, then the actual door, of course, itself, images like this here,. And they all kind of look from the same world. Yeah. And tell the same story. The mirror here. So this is what I worked on. Maybe a little insight also on how I work, how my brain works, and how I get to these things. And then I shared this, I think, the last time, right? Yeah. So we have these nice—yeah, these story highlights that we can use, and. What we did here is— Or the other way around, maybe. Did you saw what we put in here from the text? Do you have any opinions on that? Yeah. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott11:24 - 11:28

I like—yeah, it was—because that's the CMO that you sent.

Andreas Hartenfels11:28 - 11:28

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott11:29 - 11:31

That's the same one, the friend who dragged you in.

Andreas Hartenfels11:31 - 11:31

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott11:32 - 11:38

I was always told with the level 3 PT thing, never to put your qualifications in your bio.

Caspar Kjær11:40 - 11:40

From who?

Kelvin Arnott11:43 - 11:49

I've got told it from Jack and then from other people, like other mentors and stuff as well.

Caspar Kjær11:49 - 11:51

And did they say why?

Kelvin Arnott11:52 - 11:57

They just said no one cares about your qualifications. You don't need them in there. It's your wasted character,

Andreas Hartenfels11:57 - 11:57

really.

Caspar Kjær11:57 - 12:04

All right, all right. Level 3 PT, what is that? How many levels are there? Is that like the standard?

Kelvin Arnott12:04 - 12:10

There is only 3. Level 3. I think you can do level 4, but I don't think it's really any different.

Andreas Hartenfels12:12 - 12:53

Normally, I would agree. What I would like to do is— What has to be in here is some sort of trust anchor, some proof. Right. Not trust anchor, actually, proof anchor. Is there anything that you would say that we can use otherwise? Like 15 people or 20 people transformed, or something like this? 30 plus successful clients, anything in that direction, or you can think 5 years experience, anything like that? Yeah. That you also feel comfortable with?

Kelvin Arnott12:54 - 12:59

We'll put like 12 years military experience, but then the military.

Andreas Hartenfels12:59 - 13:11

That's a different brand. I would leave that out. Yeah. What else could we put?

Kelvin Arnott13:15 - 13:24

Yeah, because the whole confidence transformation is obviously a new one, so I can't put like over 20 men transformed and fit or something like that.

Andreas Hartenfels13:25 - 13:27

But why not? How many clients did you coach?

Kelvin Arnott13:30 - 13:32

I've coached around 20.

Andreas Hartenfels13:33 - 13:49

It's still coaching. Yeah. It doesn't—it's the way of framing. I mean, if we say a broad 20 guys into their self-confidence state or whatever, of course, that would be a lie. That's not true. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær13:50 - 13:55

But you haven't dragged anyone through the method that you just built? Obviously.

Andreas Hartenfels13:55 - 13:56

No.

Caspar Kjær13:56 - 15:05

But you have coached 20 people. It doesn't matter what you coach them in. But going back to the advice that you have been giving, yes, I agree, but it also comes down to where are you on your own journey? If you have transformed 500 people, then no, they don't care about your certification. But because the 500 people is the certification, but what speaks more volume, being a certified PT or being a level 3 PT, once the smallest guy in the room, or 20 people coached? That you have to decide. And now you also kind of starting over. So it's like, okay, we are actually building something from scratch, but we are starting at a higher point because you have all the experience that you have. You have 10 years in the gym from 2017. You have X amount of years experience as a personal trainer. You have this and this and this. And that all ties together. But how do you present that in the best way possible? And also go back to, you also did your project control. Doing something called a project may be a good idea for some, but may not be a good idea for others. For John, it's definitely a good idea. He has the platform.

Andreas Hartenfels15:05 - 15:05

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær15:05 - 15:16

He has the followers. He has something that it makes sense that it's project night and there's a rank inside. Maybe it doesn't—didn't make sense for you to do project control. Maybe you should just have been a one-to-one coach.

Andreas Hartenfels15:16 - 15:16

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær15:17 - 15:19

When I say just, it's not that it's any less or anything.

Andreas Hartenfels15:19 - 15:19

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær15:20 - 15:25

And maybe you were at a different stage, so maybe the advice that you have been giving has been too generic.

Andreas Hartenfels15:26 - 15:27

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær15:28 - 15:28

For your stage.

Andreas Hartenfels15:31 - 16:26

Yeah. Yeah, it makes sense. Yeah. It's better to have some proof of your certification than none. Yeah. And there are many, many cases that prove otherwise that are saying certified yoga coach, teacher, whatever, and they work. It's like the thing I told Johnny as well, it's not black and white. And the bio is not like the biggest leverage that you have. Decide on it. People have to relate. People have to understand what you do. Yeah. And people have to see that you have some sort of trust of what you do is actually true. Yeah. That's easy. Yeah. So we can stick with that. We can also say 10 years in the gym. That's the personal proof. That's not necessarily have anything to do with the ICP, but that also works.

Caspar Kjær16:28 - 16:31

I really like the sentence, "Once the smallest—" Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott16:31 - 16:33

Yeah. Yeah, that is great.

Andreas Hartenfels16:33 - 16:39

Yeah. Do you have preference with the level 3 PT or would you say, "I'm not so sure,

Caspar Kjær16:39 - 16:58

actually"? I don't know what level 3 PT is, but we could also just say it's either certified PT once the smallest in the room—I mean, could also be—what? Is it like an Arab something? Arabs for level—where did you get your education?

Kelvin Arnott17:00 - 17:08

I got it off from Orange Gym. Or it's the same, like the UK ones are just like the same. It's like level 2 gym instructor, level 3 PT.

Caspar Kjær17:08 - 17:11

Ah, okay. Does people in the UK know what a level 3 PT is?

Kelvin Arnott17:13 - 17:22

Yeah. I don't know if they would—if they went—PT, I don't know if they would know what. But we could just put set, right?

Andreas Hartenfels17:23 - 17:23

Ah, okay.

Caspar Kjær17:23 - 17:38

Set aside. I think let's leave it with the level 3 PT. If people don't know what it is, they will search for and they'll see, "Oh, this guy, this guy has the qualifications with me. That's nice. He was once the smallest guy in the gym. I can obviously see he's not that anymore." And he is the friend that drags you in. Okay, that's very nice. There's a free something.

Andreas Hartenfels17:39 - 17:39

Okay,

Caspar Kjær17:39 - 17:48

that's curious. And I think this built a lot more curiosity. It's not a bio that leaves everything out in the open. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels17:48 - 17:49

You're cool with that?

Kelvin Arnott17:50 - 17:50

Yeah, yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels17:51 - 17:51

Awesome.

Caspar Kjær17:52 - 18:03

That's good. And yes, as Andy said, we can always change it. We can always, when we get new information, if you have something, we can always change it. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels18:03 - 18:23

Of course, if you have transformed 30 guys or something, we go with this. Yeah. That's probably stronger, but yeah, cool. I'm not sure how far I went with the Ts. I think until the pin post, right? Yeah.

Caspar Kjær18:24 - 18:24

I guess.

Andreas Hartenfels18:24 - 18:24

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott18:25 - 18:26

It was the pin post,

Caspar Kjær18:26 - 18:26

yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels18:28 - 18:32

So yeah, here, like a little sneak peek on how this can actually look. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott18:32 - 18:37

So it would be—yeah. So like the thumbnails for even like the weekly recaps and everything.

Andreas Hartenfels18:45 - 18:45

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott18:46 - 18:46

Yeah, I like that.

Andreas Hartenfels18:48 - 18:49

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott18:49 - 18:52

And like you said, the yellows and the purples work together as well.

Caspar Kjær18:53 - 18:53

Yeah, I would say so.

Kelvin Arnott19:01 - 19:06

Yeah, I like that. That's good. Makes it look so much better as well.

Andreas Hartenfels19:07 - 19:08

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær19:08 - 19:09

Makes it look a lot more clean.

Andreas Hartenfels19:10 - 19:10

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott19:11 - 19:34

Because this is another thing that I got told was because I was doing like the thumbnails. I got told that it was looking too—it was looking too good. So like the algorithm would knock my post down. So then go back to like generic thumbnails. So then I started when I stopped doing all the thumbnails and started just doing generic ones again.

Andreas Hartenfels19:36 - 19:45

The most important thing about thumbnails is not that they look visually aesthetic, that is a nice thing to do.

Caspar Kjær19:45 - 19:45

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels19:46 - 19:51

The most important thing is that you have a text teaser on it.

Caspar Kjær19:51 - 19:51

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels19:51 - 19:52

Like a Facebook.

Kelvin Arnott19:53 - 19:59

So if you want to look for a specific piece of content, it could be like, "Oh, this one, I was sick of being skinny. Press on that."

Andreas Hartenfels20:00 - 20:02

You need to be hooked. You need to be triggered all the time.

Caspar Kjær20:02 - 20:02

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels20:03 - 20:39

With your text, with your visual, with your story. Like message. That's the thing. So we can go into—or this is something we will go into in the direction. I'm glad you like it because I like it as well. What we will do is— Use your—the origin story reel that you put out, or that's also pinned right now.

Caspar Kjær20:40 - 20:40

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels20:40 - 21:04

Use this. What we can do is we can re-cut it a little bit, or re-edit. You could, for example, just shoot another hook from it and say, "This is me whatever." Use a different angle on that. We can also help you with that. And then you re-publish it with that cover image. Put that pin.

Caspar Kjær21:04 - 21:05

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels21:05 - 21:08

Then the second pin will be the 30 days, of course.

Caspar Kjær21:08 - 21:08

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels21:08 - 21:10

That we need to hammer right now.

Caspar Kjær21:10 - 21:10

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels21:10 - 21:18

And that can stay there for at least two months until the challenge is over. And then the quest letter.

Caspar Kjær21:20 - 21:20

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott21:21 - 21:24

So that'll be three different reels, basically, explaining the quest letter.

Caspar Kjær21:24 - 21:24

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott21:25 - 21:27

Explaining the failures, and then re.

Andreas Hartenfels21:28 - 22:56

I would say these two are even not reels. They are just carousels. Right. The thing is just for your understanding, I told Caspar as well is the only thing you do carousels, text carousels on the main grid, and video reels on the reel tab is because some people like to read, others like to watch. And some just like to flip through and read with their own speed, their own understanding, and take their time. That's why I would put it up this way. We can manage the reel tab, the pinned reel tabs later. That's not that important. The main grid is the most important thing. Yeah. Yeah, then work with the reel covers that we just saw. The feed covers can work really well together as well. I also like just the whole dynamic. You can feel the light in the photographs and the light flat background of the reels. Everything is really working smoothly together. It's like a whole picture. Yeah. And it just adds quality and depth to your identity. Highlights here. Nice, nice, nice, nice, nice. This we can set up later. This is not way too important right now. One step after the other. Because right now, as I recall, you have two story highlights, Yeah, three.

Caspar Kjær23:04 - 23:04

Three

Andreas Hartenfels23:04 - 23:18

even. My life. The client wins my story. Okay. So none of the—can you scroll down a little bit?

Caspar Kjær23:20 - 23:20

Oh, okay.

Andreas Hartenfels23:23 - 24:03

Yeah, we can actually tackle that. During the week. Maybe add a little sink in between. Because we will get to a point now, to the content plan, that's taking a lot of your focus, I think. And then whenever you're ready, we can say, "Let's jump on a quick call and do the highlights." Or we push it to next Monday. That's nothing so urgent to work on right now. Just that you know that we put it out there. Then carousels can look a little bit like this. We can also clean them up a bit more with this, but in general, to see how. They are set up, how they are built.

Caspar Kjær24:03 - 24:03

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels24:06 - 24:08

Then we have a little call to action slide at the end.

Kelvin Arnott24:11 - 24:12

Yeah, nice.

Andreas Hartenfels24:15 - 24:15

You like it?

Kelvin Arnott24:16 - 24:17

Yeah, good.

Andreas Hartenfels24:18 - 24:18

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott24:19 - 24:20

And the lights and the darks as well.

Andreas Hartenfels24:20 - 24:21

Mm-hmm.

Caspar Kjær24:21 - 24:21

It's good.

Andreas Hartenfels24:21 - 24:27

Mm-hmm. And resembling this in real-life photographs as well.

Caspar Kjær24:28 - 24:28

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels24:28 - 24:30

So it's somewhat consistent.

Caspar Kjær24:32 - 24:32

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels24:33 - 24:33

Nice.

Caspar Kjær24:34 - 24:34

Cool.

Andreas Hartenfels24:36 - 24:51

Then let me just quickly jump over the landing page to see if there is anything else. This was just my notes. Yeah, this we never do. We never do stuff like that. No, no, no, no, no. That just looks weird.

Caspar Kjær24:52 - 24:52

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels24:52 - 25:57

I think that was it. Then jump into the landing page. Again, it's a concept. We will start with a first section, of course, that is the hero section, what we call it. What this is all about. There is also information like Caspar already flagged. When does the challenge start? Make clear that it's only 30 days. So it's temporarily fixed. And then route them in the form. What I will think about and might add is probably add the form in this section as well, right away. So that you enter the page and get the form in your face right away. But that's nothing too crazy. Then we jump into your own story. What you can do is after this meeting, read through the text as well. Get your time so you're not on pressure and everything, but just for your—that you understand the rough idea now.

Caspar Kjær25:57 - 26:00

And it's also only until next Monday that this will be ready, right?

Andreas Hartenfels26:01 - 26:01

Exactly.

Caspar Kjær26:01 - 26:16

Yeah. So you have time to read everything through. Everything with the wording, everything with the messaging. If something feels off, just flag it whenever you see it in the WhatsApp group, and then we take it from there. The more feedback, the more information, the better. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:16 - 26:27

Right. Then, of course, we have to qualify a little bit.

Kelvin Arnott26:27 - 26:27

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:27 - 26:37

We don't want to qualify too heavy. Because rather take one or two guys that might not be the ideal fit, but you still can somewhat have them.

Caspar Kjær26:37 - 26:37

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:37 - 26:47

Exactly. But also what is really good at is pressing on the pain points. Do you call it like that?

Caspar Kjær26:47 - 26:48

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:48 - 26:49

Like putting the finger in the wound.

Kelvin Arnott26:50 - 26:52

Yeah, some people be reading through like, yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:53 - 26:53

Or fuck yeah, that's me.

Caspar Kjær26:54 - 26:54

That's me.

Andreas Hartenfels26:54 - 26:55

Yeah, yeah. I need help.

Caspar Kjær26:55 - 26:55

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels26:56 - 26:56

You need help?

Caspar Kjær26:57 - 26:59

They need to be able to connect with.

Andreas Hartenfels26:59 - 26:59

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær27:00 - 27:00

Whatever they're reading.

Andreas Hartenfels27:01 - 27:19

Yeah. So this way they actually know that's the solution they are looking for. Without knowing that we are looking for it. Here is something maybe you can jump in as well. What I wanted to do is, of course, we have to tell them what's in the 30-day.

Kelvin Arnott27:20 - 27:20

Challenge.

Caspar Kjær27:20 - 27:20

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels27:20 - 27:44

What do they get for free? So hold them the carrot in front of them. Like the nuggets here. This is what you get. This is what you get. What I would then secondarily wanted to do as well is show them that there is more to that. So that they understand, yeah, this is 30 days, but of course, you cannot teach and coach them the whole system in 30 days.

Caspar Kjær27:44 - 27:44

Yes.

Andreas Hartenfels27:44 - 27:46

But there is a whole system.

Caspar Kjær27:46 - 27:47

Yes.

Andreas Hartenfels27:47 - 28:07

Yeah. So this is what I wanted to do. And this how I try to do it, like the full coaching program, your training, morning routine, nutrition audit form, everything they get all of that in the 30 days. But there. Are five levels.

Kelvin Arnott28:08 - 28:09

And it starts with,

Caspar Kjær28:09 - 28:09

yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels28:09 - 28:21

Exactly. And the first is somewhat what you can manage to do in the 30 days. And then after that, you can decide if you're going to move on with the second, the third, and stuff. That was the idea. Yeah. Then a little deep dive in.

Caspar Kjær28:22 - 28:54

Yeah. And this is also where we need your feedback. How much are we going to take them through on the 30 days? Are we going to do a compressed version of number one and number two? And then not move into number three? Are we going to pick each one from each layer? So are we going to do a speed through so that they're actually going to get something from all layers? Or maybe not number five, maybe only one, two, three, four? Or three, four, yeah. Or take one from each, build that into a 30-day system. This what we need from you as well. And we can have a discussion here on this call as well. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels28:54 - 28:54

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott28:55 - 28:55

And I was.

Caspar Kjær28:56 - 29:08

It's very important that they know exactly what, how are they being coached, or what are they giving so they feel like, "Oh, shit, I'm really getting a lot." And then also. Yeah. This is how Coach Kelvin actually coached. He coaches in this and this and this.

Andreas Hartenfels29:08 - 29:08

Ah, nice.

Caspar Kjær29:09 - 29:15

I'm curious about that. And I don't know if we should run through that now or you have.

Andreas Hartenfels29:15 - 29:17

No, I think you wanted to say something, right? Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott29:17 - 29:34

Yeah, because I was thinking about the 30 days. And I was thinking like the last week could be like the challenge of going somewhere and doing the press-ups or the sit-ups. That could be like their final quest of the last week.

Caspar Kjær29:35 - 29:39

Where is that on the risk, on the quest letter now? Which level is that from?

Andreas Hartenfels29:40 - 29:40

I can't remember.

Kelvin Arnott29:41 - 29:42

I think it's in four.

Andreas Hartenfels29:43 - 29:46

Nice. Nice. Identity challenge. Oh, hello there.

Caspar Kjær29:47 - 29:49

Let me watch the letter.

Andreas Hartenfels29:50 - 29:50

Make, make, make.

Caspar Kjær29:56 - 29:58

Level two now. Level three.

Andreas Hartenfels30:00 - 30:09

Yeah, that's not super important to know right now. You can give that us feedback about that as well. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær30:10 - 30:28

I think that would be a good idea to pick one or two things from the higher level and then to give me maybe in the first three weeks, focus on level one or two or something from level one and two. And then in the last week, focus on that one, having them share in the group, build the excitement.

Andreas Hartenfels30:28 - 30:28

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær30:29 - 30:35

And then, "Oh, this is fucking great." And then it stops. Well, it doesn't have to stop. You can get this. You get everything.

Andreas Hartenfels30:35 - 30:35

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær30:35 - 30:39

Boom. Nice. I think that's a very that's a very good build-up. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott30:40 - 30:45

Yeah, I think, yeah. One of them. It's the last week to make them sort of want more.

Andreas Hartenfels30:45 - 30:45

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær30:46 - 30:46

Exactly.

Andreas Hartenfels30:48 - 31:10

And what I told Caspar maybe that helps you: why do we do methods? What's the method for? What is the coaching program for? That's just the way to tell someone that you have a systematic approach to guarantee the results you're promising to give them. This is the only reason.

Caspar Kjær31:12 - 31:12

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels31:12 - 31:21

You know. I know. Caspar, like we all know that consulting and coaching is not there is no 100% guaranteed system.

Caspar Kjær31:22 - 31:22

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels31:23 - 31:31

There is not a linear progress because humans are humans. We are all different. We all need different challenges at different times. So we all know that.

Caspar Kjær31:32 - 31:32

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott31:33 - 31:42

It seems to be quite a recent switch as well where everyone's system like they go down the route of man's system. It seems to be quite a recent thing.

Andreas Hartenfels31:43 - 31:52

Yeah, also. It is. From my experience in my niche, it's. Up and down.

Caspar Kjær31:52 - 31:53

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels31:53 - 32:06

Then it gets more organic and flexible. And then we need agile software development, shit like that. And then the next I love it. I do love it. But then the next thing is like, no, we need waterfalls. We need linear. A shot of a cup.

Caspar Kjær32:08 - 32:10

People are always looking for something new.

Andreas Hartenfels32:10 - 32:10

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær32:10 - 32:15

But it ends up being the same old shit wrapped in new packaging.

Andreas Hartenfels32:16 - 32:23

And after five years, they realize, "Oh, yeah, this one line, this one route is still not the solution. We need something else." So it's like a pendulum.

Caspar Kjær32:23 - 32:23

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels32:23 - 32:25

Back and forth. Back and forth. Back and forth.

Caspar Kjær32:25 - 32:25

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels32:26 - 32:27

And the truth is in the middle.

Caspar Kjær32:28 - 32:33

It goes back to the gym as well. It's the same thing that you have to do, but it can be delivered in different ways.

Andreas Hartenfels32:33 - 32:33

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær32:33 - 32:35

What is it that makes you actually go and do the squats?

Andreas Hartenfels32:36 - 32:36

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær32:36 - 32:39

Or the deadlifts or whatever it is that you know you need to do.

Andreas Hartenfels32:39 - 33:07

Exactly. Then of course, give us here detailed feedback on the contents. If I got this right or any mistakes are here, but they understand, "Okay, this is what I get from the 30 days. Makes total sense." Yeah. You can also say, "Hey, Andreas, Caspar, it's not only level one. As discussed, put please this, this, why that." That's my thought. That's my idea. Then FAQs.

Caspar Kjær33:07 - 33:39

Yeah, maybe we should have up there have like the first one that you did make it more clear that this is exactly what is in the 30 days. And then have like some text that explains that this is a breakdown on Kelvin's Coach Kelv's methods or coaching or something. It is probably always there, but maybe just some text explaining that is more clear. So when it breaks here, then like this is explaining of all of Kelvin's coaching. And this is like what's happened in the 30 days. But we can run through that.

Andreas Hartenfels33:41 - 33:44

I'm not sure I did get that. You mean just turn it around and.

Caspar Kjær33:44 - 34:13

No, no, no. I mean, keep it like this. But when I read it here, I see that, "Okay, this is inside." And then I think that this is also inside. Yeah. So I think there's more and more and more and more. I'm going to get all of this. But you're only going to get a fraction of this. So like this is what's inside. What's in the 30 days? And now comes here. And now you actually show what Kelvin's coaching is about. So it's like a what's in the 30-day challenge and how do Kelvin coach. So this explains more on how he coached. And this is what's inside.

Andreas Hartenfels34:21 - 34:21

Does that make sense?

Caspar Kjær34:22 - 34:25

Yeah. If it doesn't make sense, we take it back. I'm trying to understand. Yeah, go ahead.

Andreas Hartenfels34:25 - 34:27

We take it after. Sorry.

Kelvin Arnott34:27 - 34:33

Yeah, you could go like ahead in where just like what you get in the 30 days and then what you get after or something.

Caspar Kjær34:33 - 34:45

No, not what you get after, but just a general explanation of Kelvin's approach, how he coached everything. So they build like, "Oh, wow, that's actually very nice. He has a whole quest letter and here is the free challenge."

Andreas Hartenfels34:46 - 35:09

Yeah. Here is in the 30 days. Yes. So that's more or less the high level. It's a training program. It's morning routine. It's a nutritional audit. Yeah. It's a coaching program for 30 days for free. Yes. Then there is a little bit how Kelvin coaches. That's the non-negotiables. And you would put then the details here on what you actually get in the 30 days and then come to the five. No, no, no.

Caspar Kjær35:10 - 35:20

I would just make sure that they understand that this is not that all of this is not in the 30 days, but it's like more about how Kelvin actually coached when he does his full coaching.

Andreas Hartenfels35:23 - 35:26

So you would give more insights on the full coaching, more than the quest letter.

Caspar Kjær35:28 - 35:47

Yeah, no, I would just make sure that they know that they are not going to go through not necessarily going to go through all of this. So that when the reader if the reader thinks, "Oh, this is a further explanation of the 30 days." Then they'll think they get more than they actually get. I don't want to create that illusion with them.

Andreas Hartenfels35:48 - 35:56

So you think the way it is set up right now is that the reader might think that it's five levels. Yes. Within the 30 days. Yes.

Caspar Kjær35:57 - 35:57

Ah, okay.

Andreas Hartenfels35:58 - 35:58

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær35:58 - 36:03

Yeah, okay. But I can give that feedback after. Sorry, just continue with the. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels36:03 - 36:06

This was confusing. Then there is FAQs.

Caspar Kjær36:11 - 36:11

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels36:13 - 37:22

Yeah. Necessities, you know? What could be interesting here is if you have payment plans or anything or you would say they can either payment plans or not even necessary here. But from your perspective, maybe clients or maybe your ICP would have some other questions. Yeah. Or maybe you would like to explain something here. Put it in there. Yeah. That can sometimes be easier to get people started because they can already see that you're handing all their objections in there. Yeah. And things. And of course, then at the bottom again, like the form, the form that will end up on top here as well. And every of these little call to action buttons, routes here. What is interesting here is I think we just need to first name phone number and then the idea was to have one question to qualify them or not qualify, but put them in segments more or less, like filter them. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott37:22 - 37:23

That's already in the demo.

Andreas Hartenfels37:23 - 37:24

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær37:24 - 37:24

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott37:24 - 37:25

Because then the ones that are not in the gym.

Caspar Kjær37:26 - 37:26

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott37:27 - 37:28

First quest will be different.

Andreas Hartenfels37:28 - 37:30

Exactly. Wasn't ideal.

Caspar Kjær37:30 - 37:30

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels37:31 - 37:35

We can put it out. We can also put a different question to it, but I thought maybe it would be nice.

Caspar Kjær37:37 - 37:37

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott37:37 - 37:40

Because then we can categorize. In gym, not in the gym.

Andreas Hartenfels37:41 - 37:41

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott37:41 - 37:44

And then these ones that are not in the gym, their first quest is to go in the gym.

Andreas Hartenfels37:45 - 37:53

Yep. Exactly. So you have like a starting point already, like a something to catch them in the first call.

Caspar Kjær37:53 - 37:53

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels37:54 - 38:14

And then Instagram would be optional, but you need these two for sure. And what I also did is just put the like a deep link. Who are these guys? Yeah,

Caspar Kjær38:14 - 38:15

no, I don't.

Andreas Hartenfels38:15 - 38:40

Just a deep link into your DMs. So if they click on it on the phone, they just jump into Instagram app and can send you a message directly. So we make it just as easy as possible. No friction. And the other ones that don't message you directly, they will be put into a Google Sheet. So you get a Google Sheet that's just with that information. And then you can call them write them text.

Caspar Kjær38:40 - 38:41

Easy peasy.

Andreas Hartenfels38:41 - 39:25

Yeah. Nothing too fancy. So much to that. Don't look too much on the looks. Of course, colors and everything is already set in place and images. But this can or will look a little bit more appealing as well. This is how Claude builds websites if you don't tell him how web design can look. So there is a premium feeling to that. I mean, you've seen probably Johnny is right. Things like that. Or what I like is this one, for example. You can make fancy things like this.

Caspar Kjær39:26 - 39:26

Yeah, nice.

Andreas Hartenfels39:27 - 39:54

So it looks a little bit more appealing, you know? Doesn't do really much more about conversion, but it helps. What's necessary here is your feedback. Yeah. Is anything missing? Is any information wrong? Is anything what you would like to do differently? Links and everything will all of that will be in the meeting notes that I sent you. So you have one document after the meeting that has all the information in it.

Kelvin Arnott39:55 - 39:57

With the link to this landing page and everything.

Andreas Hartenfels39:58 - 39:58

Exactly.

Caspar Kjær39:58 - 39:58

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels39:58 - 40:12

Yeah. So you don't get like three links from us, just one link. Everything is in there. Also, the content plan that we go into now. Do you have a couple of more minutes? Because I think we might need four. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær40:12 - 40:12

Yeah? Okay.

Andreas Hartenfels40:14 - 40:34

So that's the feedback on this part. And what we also need is. Another maybe deep dive look at let's look at it together on images. So what I would like to add here is testimonial images. And I'm not sure if I've seen them.

Caspar Kjær40:36 - 40:38

Yeah, I'll just run through sort of.

Andreas Hartenfels40:38 - 40:53

The CPC. Let's look what you put in the connect recall directly. Photo uploads. Here we are.

Caspar Kjær40:55 - 40:56

Photo uploads.

Andreas Hartenfels40:57 - 40:59

So there are a few pictures of yourself.

Caspar Kjær41:01 - 41:01

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels41:03 - 41:30

What I told Caspar is I think for now they are good enough to work with them on a landing page. Of course, there will be a thing that we will increase quality over time. There are things where you have to and can invest in a photographer photographer, videographer. Things like that. Also learn yourself to do better pictures, maybe Mac could do some pictures of you as well. I don't know if that's a possibility.

Caspar Kjær41:30 - 41:30

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels41:32 - 41:38

But from that side, that's good. What I would like to add is like a testimonial carousel thing.

Caspar Kjær41:39 - 41:39

Right.

Andreas Hartenfels41:40 - 41:41

Some like.

Kelvin Arnott41:41 - 41:48

Because I've got loads of screenshots of like clients' messages and I've got before and afters as well in a folder.

Andreas Hartenfels41:49 - 42:54

That's good. Things like that. Yeah. The better the quality of the testimonial image, the better of course, but we can work it out whatever you got. Like at least five to eight clients if that's possible if you have that. Something and then put that on top. Adds a little bit more proof. This would be nice. Yeah. And then for the landing page itself, for now we are set. Then I can work things out, finalize it with your feedback and the footage. And then we're good to go. Starting as soon as possible with setting up the Instagram bio with the link and the Google Sheet as well. That's part number one. That was the brand and the landing page. Moving on to the second thing. That is the content plan. Did I link it here somewhere already? No, no, no.

Caspar Kjær43:11 - 43:11

Okay.

Andreas Hartenfels43:12 - 43:13

I hope you can see that.

Caspar Kjær43:14 - 43:14

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels43:15 - 44:42

A little bit bigger. So what do you see on the top? For navigation purposes, is you can click your way through each of the calendar weeks. For now, of course, calendar week 39 is the most important. Don't struggle too much with these. What else you have is here like a little sub navigation that runs you through each of the pieces. There is a today tab. There is the week, which is basically the calendar. And then there is a shoot day on your shooting day, what you need on like content briefing, production briefing, informations like that. Then there is the day by day, of course, where you can deep dive into each day, each content piece. With more detail, we talked about scripts, captions, production brief means in my eyes. Maybe to not be too technical is how you shoot it, where you shoot it, what you can do to with the surrounding and everything. And then there are messages, which we come to, and how it works is more or less a general instruction. When it comes to Instagram content. That is like a nice read-through at the end for you to understand, to reread, to just optimize the overall thing.

Caspar Kjær44:43 - 44:46

So yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels44:46 - 44:46

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær44:46 - 45:20

And what is quite interesting with plans like this? Everything that we give to Christian, he reads through every single word, everything that we give to Johnny, he reads through nothing. And I have an idea that you are somewhere in the middle, but maybe you can elaborate a little bit on that. Do you like that you have as much detail as possible as much guidance and direction, or do you also need some wiggle room within for you to create in the best way possible? I think

Kelvin Arnott45:21 - 45:28

yeah, as much guidance as possible and then like I can put and spin on it sort of thing.

Andreas Hartenfels45:29 - 45:29

Nice.

Caspar Kjær45:30 - 45:30

Good.

Andreas Hartenfels45:30 - 46:13

I have a feeling that you are a very creative guy. But I'm also convinced that creativity and freedom comes from a place of knowledge. And knowledge is not the opposite of creativity and freedom. It's just managing when are you studying and like how do you say? Working with given information and when are you distancing and detaching from that information and running yourself creating information.

Caspar Kjær46:13 - 46:13

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels46:14 - 46:55

There are two modes, but I think also giving you as much information as possible and guidance was my idea with this content plan and then giving you the freedom of decision. How deep are you going to use this doc here? How often are you going to come back to it and study again and reread and learn and understand? There is much, much, much to do. We try now, I will go give you a run-through and I will try to only focus on a really important stuff. And then the details up to you. To go as deep as you want.

Caspar Kjær46:55 - 46:56

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels46:59 - 47:02

So today is your shooting day, right? Monday more or less.

Caspar Kjær47:02 - 47:02

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels47:04 - 47:42

We have a. Two. Or let's start here. The whole methodology or the whole story for this week is a made drag me in. Now I'm the maid. For next week when the landing page is set up, it's the door is open. Three days free. And then after that, it's day one, headphones in the bag. Considering we are able to get two weeks of content out now and in the third week and calendar week 41, the actual challenge starts. If not, we push it one more week. We said we are going to be somewhat flexible.

Caspar Kjær47:42 - 47:42

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels47:43 - 48:14

But every content plan starts with that theme of the week, the story of the week. We have 14 posts, two a day. We stick to your cadence. We stick to your frequency. Up to you, of course, if you're able to deliver that, we would strongly advise to do so. Then we have the main post at 5:00 p.m. during the week when everyone is on the post, on the phone. Then there is a quest clip, what I call it. That's a series that we're going to start. I hope you like it. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær48:15 - 48:16

Yeah. I'm excited about that one.

Andreas Hartenfels48:16 - 48:19

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was brainstorming was.

Caspar Kjær48:19 - 48:23

But your excitement is more important than mine, so we have to get that as well.

Andreas Hartenfels48:26 - 48:38

On the weekend, we flip it. We put the main story in the morning and the quest clip in the evening. Just it's just an assumption on the behavior. We will see in the data later on if that's actually true.

Caspar Kjær48:38 - 48:38

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels48:39 - 49:06

It's just a hypothesis of mine. And what you do today is film five main reels, I would say, and three quest clips because my idea was that you're able to do this in one go more or less today. The other things you can also shoot during the week up to you. Or you shoot it all today. There is no signup page, so anyone who wants in the challenge or is interested in messages you directly with the word in.

Caspar Kjær49:07 - 49:07

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels49:08 - 51:58

Come to that again later. Then there is like a little wrap-up for today. What was important for me to recommit or reconfirm for all of us is your one line, the friend who drags you in, the story means in July 2017, Johnny dragged you in, you would have never started without him probably. And in October, you're the maid for the next lab. Use that into that role that Johnny was for you. Because you see the most power in that. That's your potential. And every post tells a little bit of that. That's also the state that you have to put yourself in when speaking. When even when you talk about the most simplest thing that has nothing to do with the friend who drags you in, you are the friend who drags you in. That's the role you take in. That's the who you are. That's who you become. That's your identity now. So we reshaped your personality. Thank us later for that. The promise, 30 days to your first real conversation in the gym. We committed to that. Nice I like the slogan. I like the statement. Just reassuring. Who this is for, the skinny lads, of course, someone or some haven't worked in a gym at all. What's in it, the full coaching, everything we talked about right now, the conversations, introduce yourself, the quests, morning routine, blah, blah, blah, blah. Who this is not for, the lad who changes the plan or won't change a plan more or less, won't do a morning routine, things you already eat well, and doesn't need coaching and blah, blah, blah. Everything is way too difficult. We don't need these. We don't need how do you say that? May sayers and complainers? Yeah. Fuck them. How he gets in, he replies. He has a quick call with you. And he's in. Free, small group. Starts Monday, 5th of October. That's the goal. Doors shut that morning. Just a small thing here and I know it's a lot. It's a lot. It's a lot, but no, hold your horses. A small group is something that I would try to come to here and then in the stories in your stories especially. Not necessarily in the reels, but in the stories as well. Because that creates some sense of scarcity. And the scarcity is not thought about. The scarcity is real. You can maximum take 20 guys for 30 days. So we have to work a little bit about that. You can even say it's 20 guys maximum. It's a small group.

Caspar Kjær51:58 - 51:59

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels51:59 - 52:10

Don't say, I have five in the group now and 50 more to go. Just say it's a small group and it's maximum. 20 maybe. Or even 15.

Caspar Kjær52:10 - 52:10

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels52:13 - 53:27

That's just the thing to keep in mind. I think you also put it up somewhere in the scripture scripts and everything. So we have the week. I tried to do the information as condensed and visually appealing as possible. So it's not too much, but I know it's still a lot. We have the calendar days, of course. We have these colored tags. These colored tags to jump in here, what the tag mean. Is the so-called call it five jobs, call it content pillars. We have first the story. The story will be something that you will circle around again and again and again. It is something that has happened to you in the past. It is something that had happened to you yesterday or this morning. You tell the story. You start learning telling your own story because there is value in it. There is strength and power in it. And what it does, it makes a stranger trust you. He can relate. He can engage. He can trust that you are a real person. And you have real person problems.

Caspar Kjær53:27 - 53:39

And this is something that you will end up saying so many time from so many angle that you think, oh, I have and I told this enough. And then we will say, no, you haven't. You have to tell it one more time.

Andreas Hartenfels53:39 - 53:39

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær53:39 - 53:41

And one more time and one more time and one more time.

Andreas Hartenfels53:42 - 53:42

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær53:43 - 53:50

And I mean, even Mike at 400,000 followers, he still have to say it over and over and over and over again.

Andreas Hartenfels53:51 - 53:51

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær53:51 - 53:52

And again and again and again.

Andreas Hartenfels53:53 - 54:17

The important part is not tell it the exact same way over and over and over again. Tell it a little bit different. Yeah. Add some more details. Add something you haven't talked about. Add the journey that you have taken by telling it itself. You've told your story now 30 times. Half a year I'm telling you, I've been the guy that has been dragged in the gym.

Caspar Kjær54:17 - 54:18

Today,

Andreas Hartenfels54:19 - 54:21

something happened. What?

Caspar Kjær54:21 - 54:22

What happened?

Andreas Hartenfels54:23 - 54:50

I realized that I'm the guy now who drags others into the gym. And what you might think happens in half a year, maybe then you're Calvin is the guy that not only drags others into the gym because he's the one that was dragged into the gym. He is also maybe the one that teaches others to drag others into the gym. I don't know. What the fuck? There is progress. But it's the same story. Yeah. But there is something happening within you. People love that.

Caspar Kjær54:50 - 54:50

Anyway,

Andreas Hartenfels54:51 - 56:04

later. Later, later. Challenge. The challenge is, of course, I don't have to get to that, I think. The hymn. The hymn part is your. Let's say coaching material. You're building authority here. By telling or speaking directly to the one to your one ICP. The one that's watching, the one that's feeling the pain, and you describe in describe me as well as you actually know him. Because inside of your coaching, you've been seeing these guys over and over again. You're speaking to them. You're working with them. You know their pains. And there is much, much, much to talk about. There's proof. Testimonials and stuff. Of course. And then there are things that we circled around the last weeks, like opinions. Not be like a. I don't know, someone that feels kind of plain. Without edges. People don't like that. People like edges. So be a little bit controverse. Speak truths. Attack some bodybuilders. Yeah,

Caspar Kjær56:04 - 56:04

why not?

Andreas Hartenfels56:04 - 56:08

Attack these steroid monsters. Like these guys. Why?

Caspar Kjær56:10 - 56:10

Look at him.

Andreas Hartenfels56:11 - 56:18

He's a weird guy. He has no self-confidence. Not at all. He's hiding behind his muscles.

Caspar Kjær56:19 - 56:20

And tattoos.

Andreas Hartenfels56:20 - 56:25

What a wacky. Where are you going?

Speaker -156:26 - 56:27

Coffee date.

Andreas Hartenfels56:27 - 56:31

Oh, nice. Have fun. So much to the tags.

Caspar Kjær56:32 - 56:33

Yep.

Andreas Hartenfels56:35 - 57:29

Then there are daily themes. These are also connected. To the story. Word that you can use. Think of it. Did you brief with the stories now? No way. Think about every day you put out stories. And there is one word that the story is about. The one word you can use a sticker, for example, to ask a question about that. Ask your following who dragged you to the gym. Or have you been dragged to the gym? There's one word dragged for today and you circle around that. You tell the story. Like maybe four, five, story pieces and you just tell a story about how you've been dragged. To the gym. And how you now start dragging others into the gym. That's just an idea or like a word that should give you ideas on how to tell the story.

Caspar Kjær57:30 - 57:30

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels57:30 - 58:16

That's it. Then you can see these little footsteps. That's the quest clip. And then there is a carousel or a reel. Just the posting time. That's it. So we have overview. That's the week. Easy peasy. And now you can jump into each one of these days. By clicking on them. To the quest clip. What is it? What it is. 15 to 30 seconds of you doing one thing of your own list out in the real world. Because I thought if you're speaking about confidence and you are forcing your coaches to do these quest letters, you sure as hell should do it yourself.

Caspar Kjær58:17 - 58:17

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels58:18 - 01:00:50

And you have, from my perspective, you have total freedom on how to do it, what to do it. Still, I put in some ideas how this might look. Just to help you a little. Again, circling back to giving you as much briefing as possible. When it goes out, we talked about. I put on a shape how this can look and because we said it's a series. It makes sense to use it in a like reoccurring structure. But what. This could look like is saying, hey, I'm Calvin. I'm a self-confidence coach showing other men how to build self-worth, self-confidence, be a. Whatever, you know, this could be like, hi, I'm Calvin, little introduction and what you do and who you do it for. But this would get slightly boring over time. And people need fresh meat. So what we do is we start with a question, for example. When did you say good morning to five strangers the last time? Did you ever say good morning to strangers in when walking to the office or whatever? Did you ever do this? Hi, I'm Calvin. I'm a self-confidence coach. I do this twice. To start with the question, start with a hook that slightly different every time. Of course, depending on the clip itself and the question and everything. And it catches the attention and then you can have the second super hook that's introducing you. And this way, um. We have like a reoccurring or same series format every time. And yeah. Small things like if you don't need to film anyone with that, for example, if you say good morning in the walk to the gym from the walk to the gym or to the office or whatever, of course there are people involved that you will say good morning to. And then you would have to ask them if it's okay to publish it on the internet and X, Y, Z. So that's a little bit complicated. So there are things that don't need anybody involved. And what would be interesting here is, for example, with the headphone challenge is that you actually film you doing it.

Kelvin Arnott01:00:51 - 01:00:51

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:00:51 - 01:01:15

So you're not just filming yourself saying, hey, today I'm in the gym training without headphones. Film, for example, how you throw the headphones in the bag. Yeah. Small things. Like you put you film the bag, you put it in the locker room, you place the bag, then you put the next clip, like cut it next clip, the headphones throw them in the bag.

Caspar Kjær01:01:16 - 01:01:16

Boom.

Andreas Hartenfels01:01:16 - 01:01:58

Hey, my name is Calvin. I'm a self-confidence coach. I don't train without headphones. Because blah, blah, blah, blah. For example, small things like that. If it needs another person, what you could do is do it in real life, of course, you know, don't just act like it. And then when you don't want to show the person or anything, just film it afterwards. Just right afterwards when you're in that energy in that moment and you can say, okay, couple of seconds later, here, I just said good morning to these five guys that are running in the background or something, whatever. Things like that you could do.

Caspar Kjær01:01:59 - 01:02:12

Or you can also find a way to film yourself while you are engaging with that person. Mm-hmm. Or have someone film that person from the back or something. Yeah. There are different ways of doing it. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:02:13 - 01:02:17

Just don't like necessarily film them right in the face, of course.

Caspar Kjær01:02:18 - 01:02:18

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:02:18 - 01:02:34

Because then you would need their confirmation for sure. But yeah, I think if you're walking on a, I don't know, in the park and then you say good morning and you just film yourself, of course nobody will say, hey, what the fuck are you shooting? Recording it.

Kelvin Arnott01:02:34 - 01:02:35

You're talking to yourself.

Caspar Kjær01:02:35 - 01:02:35

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:02:38 - 01:04:16

And the middle just stays raw, of course. There is the beginning and the end. The ask at the end is a DM or a follow. I would like to try both. We don't do comments. We don't say comment in and you're in the challenge or something that we don't do. Because we don't want them to be exposed in any way because they're probably too confident for that anyway. But saying, drop a follow or comment in the DMs that they will do. Yeah, I think this is somewhat clear, not in the base. Let me read through, show what you did and why it matters. Yeah, this is I said already. No face, I said as well. Good, good, good, good, good. Then there is another thing. Try reels. Every main reel and the quest clip... Can be a. Alterated very easily. With, say, the first hook, the line is a little bit different. You could just in the same like how do you say? In the same run, you could just film five different hooks. And say it like in five. Variations and then in the end you recut the same video in these five different hook variations.

Caspar Kjær01:04:17 - 01:04:18

Right.

Andreas Hartenfels01:04:18 - 01:05:44

What you could also do is different angle different words different questions that you use and you film the same reel just the same idea the same script just two different slightly two different ways. This way we could use that idea and push them as try reels get more reach and reach every non-follower. Because that's what try reels do. That's the only reason. It's like free ads on Instagram. But this part about the try reels is up to you. What we would say is the main reel and the quest clip is a necessity. The try reels is up to you how much time you actually able and willing to put in to do this and recut them in a slightly different way. There are things like slow them down on 0.9 speed. The whole video mirror the video then play a little bit about the saturation of the videos the colors you can change from the captions you can change the font for example do all these little slightly different variations push the same reel as a try reel so Instagram doesn't think it's the same video because this will be will lead to penalties and they will reduce your reach.

Caspar Kjær01:05:44 - 01:05:46

And you work with travelers before?

Andreas Hartenfels01:05:47 - 01:05:48

No.

Caspar Kjær01:05:49 - 01:05:49

No.

Kelvin Arnott01:05:49 - 01:05:55

Like I used to do whenever I post out I just did the same one as a trial reel as well.

Caspar Kjær01:05:56 - 01:05:57

So putting both out.

Andreas Hartenfels01:05:58 - 01:06:22

Yeah. That's not necessarily too bad but over time this will lead to. Yeah reduce of performance. Yeah. So that's something that's up to you. There are things that go really easy like the 0.9 speed thing and stuff like that is really easy to do.

Caspar Kjær01:06:23 - 01:06:31

Yeah. And I think also there's a new function. Do you edit your reels in CapCut or. Yeah. CapCut?

Andreas Hartenfels01:06:32 - 01:06:32

Right.

Caspar Kjær01:06:32 - 01:06:39

I think there is in edits. Edits. Which is Instagram's app. There's a new function to do.

Andreas Hartenfels01:06:39 - 01:07:14

You have like the same to have like the same? The same video wait a minute. There you have like the video edit that's somewhat looking the same as. CapCut. And then you have add versions. Can you see that?

Caspar Kjær01:07:15 - 01:07:15

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:07:16 - 01:07:19

So you have the original and then you can add just multiple versions of it.

Caspar Kjær01:07:21 - 01:07:21

Right.

Kelvin Arnott01:07:21 - 01:07:25

And will that then just edit it for you and do different versions?

Andreas Hartenfels01:07:26 - 01:07:27

No. That you have to do.

Kelvin Arnott01:07:28 - 01:07:28

Right.

Andreas Hartenfels01:07:29 - 01:07:33

So do a little bit of yeah fucking around with the caption stuff and everything.

Caspar Kjær01:07:34 - 01:07:47

Right. But I think we can send you a reel of someone who explains how to do it very easily. Or you can play around in CapCut and do something.

Kelvin Arnott01:07:47 - 01:07:47

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:07:48 - 01:07:48

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:07:48 - 01:07:54

Because I normally do it I normally edit in CapCut then I put it into captions to get my caption then I put it into edits.

Andreas Hartenfels01:07:57 - 01:08:22

Oh wow. Okay. Yeah. There are probably easier ways. So that yeah considering that might be something we can push to the next week as well because it's all in all it's very much. And we have to somewhat stay focused. And the focus is landing page feedback and content and then add try reels.

Kelvin Arnott01:08:24 - 01:08:33

With the daily ones if you press on Monday then that open up Monday of like. The two reels.

Caspar Kjær01:08:34 - 01:08:34

Mm-hmm.

Andreas Hartenfels01:08:35 - 01:08:41

We can do it. We jump. What was the question?

Kelvin Arnott01:08:42 - 01:08:47

So if you click like if I click on Monday does then that open it up to the two reels that I'm doing for Monday?

Andreas Hartenfels01:08:48 - 01:08:48

Yes.

Caspar Kjær01:08:49 - 01:08:50

It's yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:08:50 - 01:08:56

So meaning to the two reels meaning the what you see here is like the instructions?

Caspar Kjær01:08:57 - 01:08:57

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:08:58 - 01:10:01

Yeah. Yeah. We can jump to that. That's the day by day. So whenever you click here you can also do Tuesday Thursday you get like the more detailed description. Oh yeah. And this is basically when we start today with the quest clip your Jim Car Park or the walk from the car to the door morning daylight 4 and an hour later we're walking so you get a little bit of where when what how what we not do is like overly pushing yourself it's more like you talking to yourself eight years ago nine years ago and. Then. The hook you. Also the full script just what I explained right now we start with hey just said good morning to everyone or not don't say hey just say just said good morning to everyone and wait in there on here I'm Kelvin this is my confidence quest

Caspar Kjær01:10:02 - 01:10:02

blah blah blah blah

Andreas Hartenfels01:10:02 - 01:10:22

this is what I did sounds like nothing back when I wouldn't speak in a room full of people it wasn't nothing it was like the biggest deal I could imagine you're not doing it for them you're doing it so you know you can start try tomorrow and three people that's the whole thing follow if you want the rest of them or follow if you want to know more about my quest letter. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:10:23 - 01:10:29

Oh that could be that first one could be when was the last time you said good morning to five?

Andreas Hartenfels01:10:29 - 01:10:29

Yes.

Caspar Kjær01:10:30 - 01:10:30

People.

Andreas Hartenfels01:10:30 - 01:10:30

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:10:31 - 01:10:31

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:10:32 - 01:10:34

And then do like five variations of that.

Caspar Kjær01:10:37 - 01:10:37

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:10:39 - 01:10:52

Do you think the trial reels would work best with the quests or with. The main reel like the 5pm reel? Or would it just make it?

Andreas Hartenfels01:10:52 - 01:11:00

Asking because you were trying to understand where we should put in the effort if you want to do it like from a productization standpoint.

Kelvin Arnott01:11:01 - 01:11:08

Yeah. I was just thinking like I don't know which one would work best as a trial or would it just be worth just trying both and seeing what works best.

Andreas Hartenfels01:11:09 - 01:11:18

Okay. Then I give the full answer yes both. Because trial reels are exactly for that to try and test and get data.

Caspar Kjær01:11:19 - 01:11:19

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:11:21 - 01:12:00

But if it comes down to prioritizing if you say okay you cannot do five variations or let's say two variations of both of them you would try maybe to do two variations of the quest letter and then just put out the main reel just one variation then I would say this way do the quest clips first because I think they have more viral potential viral you know dangerous word but more reach and it's more interesting it's more easy it shows who you are it's always a little introduction in that would do that. In that case. Yes.

Caspar Kjær01:12:04 - 01:12:31

Yeah. So doing five variation of all of the on everything that is in the. Full content plan and posting the actual thing and then posting the trial reels would obviously be better. So if you have the time and the energy and everything to put in for the next 14 days the more we can do to boost things now.

Andreas Hartenfels01:12:32 - 01:12:32

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:12:32 - 01:12:59

We would be good. Then we learn as we do as much as possible. We try as much as possible. We learn as much as possible. We collect data into Andy's crazy data machine and then we then everything we do after that will be better and better and better based on not just what we think is very nice in a meeting and can get all excited about but also something that's actually backed by what are people reacting to.

Andreas Hartenfels01:13:00 - 01:13:00

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:13:00 - 01:13:00

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:13:01 - 01:13:07

And we just need like there's no point in putting them all out at the same time just trial different times and things as well.

Caspar Kjær01:13:07 - 01:13:07

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:13:08 - 01:13:12

Yeah. The trial reels that's not too important. Just push them out. Doesn't matter.

Caspar Kjær01:13:14 - 01:13:14

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:13:16 - 01:13:53

Because the time of posting stuff is important for your followers. Because your followers tend to in. The spectrum they tend to use their phone and use Instagram at the same time. And over time subconsciously they get trained to expect videos from you at that certain time. It's not that they look like oh it's 5pm did Kelvin post something but subconsciously that's happening over time. So this is why some people recommend you posting the same videos at the same time.

Caspar Kjær01:13:54 - 01:13:54

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:13:54 - 01:14:02

You know but then again there are much more much more interesting things on why videos perform than just the post the time of posting.

Caspar Kjær01:14:04 - 01:14:04

Yes.

Andreas Hartenfels01:14:05 - 01:14:34

So what you see here and what you see in the whole page is it kind of to stay in the theme it drags you in even by detail. So we start high level week then you click on the day by day. If you click on a day by day you see basically what you need here is the hook stick to that and stick to the close. That's everything we asked for. The rest is in the beginning up to you. But if you like you can tap to read and get the full scripture.

Caspar Kjær01:14:34 - 01:14:34

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:14:34 - 01:14:35

If that helps you.

Caspar Kjær01:14:35 - 01:14:35

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:14:35 - 01:15:19

So you decide again how much detail you need how much study time you get in. That's up to you. I try to make it as easy as possible from big to small. On screen captions and. Also put in here you can copy paste. You can do yourself. Your own little copywriting. Said good morning. That's it. Done. Nothing too fancy. The captions also start with that. Three people tomorrow. Tell me how many say it back. That's a little teaser text that you see before you like. Open the captions fully or you call it.

Caspar Kjær01:15:19 - 01:15:19

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:15:20 - 01:15:25

The teaser text from the captions. When you look at the reel there's like only few words that you see.

Caspar Kjær01:15:26 - 01:15:26

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:15:27 - 01:15:27

Like the thumbnail.

Caspar Kjær01:15:28 - 01:15:28

Read more or something.

Andreas Hartenfels01:15:29 - 01:15:30

Exactly. It's like exactly.

Caspar Kjær01:15:30 - 01:15:30

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:15:31 - 01:16:30

The rest put it up yourself. What I like to do is I don't know how you do it is get the captions from the video and say okay write me captions about that. Or put the like the actual transcript from the video. Yeah. Into a written caption. Like a little bit Polish. Yeah. Something like that. Then for the reel itself... In this case for today it's the whole thing you're not scared of the gym. You're scared of being the skinniest lad in it. Same mechanism. Stick to what's written in here as close as possible or as I wouldn't say as close as possible as natural as it feels to you. Put it that way. Yeah. If you say it's totally off or it's nothing I would say in this way XYZ make it your own. But stick to the. In general briefing

Caspar Kjær01:16:30 - 01:16:38

let's say. And if you feel that please flag it for us. Give it as thorough feedback into the WhatsApp chat. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:16:39 - 01:16:39

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:16:40 - 01:16:40

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:16:45 - 01:17:08

Let me see if there is something else here. I don't think nothing that I didn't mention. The. Stories I mentioned there is always a word that's kind of the theme. In this case who dragged you into the gym. Put a sticker on it and then you have material for that day or for the next day to answer. Or to react on.

Caspar Kjær01:17:08 - 01:17:43

And what we also can do in terms of the stories we you and me can jump on a 5 to 10 minutes call each day either in the morning playing throughout the day or in the evening to plan to the next day. We can do that for as long as you feel you have the need. I did that with Johnny as well. For at least two three weeks or something. Just to run through how would you attack the story based on the day and we can brainstorm and you can have some sort of guidance as well. So I am available for you in whenever I'm not sleeping.

Andreas Hartenfels01:17:44 - 01:17:45

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:17:46 - 01:17:57

And I will not push you to jump on a call that is not necessary for you but use it as much as much as possible especially here in the beginning.

Kelvin Arnott01:17:57 - 01:17:58

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:18:00 - 01:18:08

What's important here is film it on the day of course there is no pre-produced material. Stories are always real time.

Caspar Kjær01:18:09 - 01:18:09

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:18:10 - 01:19:19

And that's basically how you jump from day to day to day. Can also jump back to the week. There is a little bit of information about shooting might be interesting might not be interesting I wouldn't deep dive into that too much because I think it's not that relevant. Right now at least. Might be. Then a small deep dive and then we're almost done is messages. Your story film stories on the day never on the shoot of course answer every poll vote and sticker reply the same day. Yeah. Don't leave anything in the open. Engage. Show that you are engaged with the following. From Thursday. Thursday to jump into the week real quickly. Thursday was the challenge day where we mentioned the challenge for the first time. Do something like way. But also somewhat less specific call out the thing itself.

Caspar Kjær01:19:19 - 01:19:19

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:19:19 - 01:19:38

In a way that you say hey in October there is something coming up. Don't say it's 5th of October of course if you say that or it happens to be on the 9th or the 11th. It's 30 days free small group again 15 people. Want me to send you the details just like that.

Caspar Kjær01:19:38 - 01:19:38

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:19:38 - 01:19:53

And if they now reply and say oh that sounds interesting or they send you a message in the DMs like in like the keyword the trigger word you can reply to them and I put in the message you can just copy or make it your own whatever.

Caspar Kjær01:19:53 - 01:19:53

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:19:55 - 01:20:09

Hope you're good. I'm doing something in October. I think you're up for it 30 days. So your first real conversation in a gym. It's free and it's a small group. Want me to send you the details soon as they're up. So whenever the landing page is up and running you can send them to him. You have a lead. Something like this.

Caspar Kjær01:20:10 - 01:20:10

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:20:10 - 01:20:41

If they send you in right direct and directly and they decide to participate you can say nice one you're on the list blah blah blah. You get the link first as soon as possible. Easy. And then you can have some like engage in conversations but that's also Casper something he can advise you as well but get engaged like what way to message are you training already like interact engage build a relationship. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:20:41 - 01:20:41

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:20:41 - 01:20:54

That's basically so far the content plan. Again it goes through every calendar week. This is how we will stack them in the future as well. Each week we'll learn from the previous ones and we'll get better better better better better better.

Caspar Kjær01:20:54 - 01:20:54

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:20:55 - 01:21:16

You are. And how it works again something you can read through when you've got the time when you got the nerves. And everything else is clicky clicky clicky. Easy easy easy. It is somewhat mobile optimized as well. So you can use that there as well. Especially when you're sometimes on the go might be interesting. And.

Caspar Kjær01:21:16 - 01:21:28

And we will make sure that the link to the current content plan is always in the description of the WhatsApp group so you don't have to think oh fuck where did I put it. It will always be just within reach in WhatsApp.

Andreas Hartenfels01:21:28 - 01:21:29

Right. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:21:30 - 01:21:57

If you try and forget now you're trying to remember all of the information oh share this and this and this. If you just focusing on when you land on this page or if you even scroll down to the weekly overview here how is your overall feeling. Do you feel like fuck that's a lot of buttons or do you feel like ah that's actually give me a quite clear understanding I can press here and here and here. What is your first kind of impression on looking at something like this.

Kelvin Arnott01:21:58 - 01:22:12

Yeah. I think it's very clear. Like obviously I can just go through the days and just like use Monday as my main shoot day. Get like Monday to Wednesday Thursday shot in one day and then yeah

Andreas Hartenfels01:22:13 - 01:22:13

and.

Caspar Kjær01:22:14 - 01:22:17

When Johnny sees something like this he say wow that's nice and then he doesn't look at anything.

Kelvin Arnott01:22:18 - 01:22:25

Yeah. Johnny probably just sees a header and then goes oh just goes runs away with it.

Andreas Hartenfels01:22:29 - 01:22:30

Colors oh nice babies.

Caspar Kjær01:22:33 - 01:22:33

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:22:33 - 01:22:34

Head what a place.

Caspar Kjær01:22:35 - 01:23:23

Yeah but it's just important to have this if all of this can look exactly how you want it to be. Obviously we have some kind of templates and you see some of the small images that is kind of within the universe that me and Andy is creating within the unforced and in the forge and anvil and stuff and having all these kind of things. But we can put basically whatever is more relevant to you to have like at the front or at the back or at wherever. So all of this can be can be altered to you. So it's just yeah it's nice to have an idea of you thinking ah wow this is nice. This is clear. I can press here. I'm guided here. I have to do this. Or if it needs to be shown in a more detailed manner or in a more simple way.

Andreas Hartenfels01:23:23 - 01:23:24

More way.

Caspar Kjær01:23:24 - 01:23:29

So it's up to you to also give the feedback of what yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:23:30 - 01:23:32

It's become over time by using it I think as well.

Caspar Kjær01:23:33 - 01:23:33

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:23:37 - 01:23:49

Cool. Cool cool cool. Anything we should circle back to now go over again that might help you.

Caspar Kjær01:23:52 - 01:23:52

No I don't think

Kelvin Arnott01:23:52 - 01:23:57

so. I think it's just a case of me going and reading through everything and then putting it into the group so I don't understand certain bits.

Andreas Hartenfels01:23:58 - 01:23:58

Yeah. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:23:58 - 01:23:59

Yeah. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:24:00 - 01:24:00

All right.

Caspar Kjær01:24:00 - 01:24:21

Then would be nice to use the next five minutes to for you Kelvin just do a quick recap of what we just went through today. What is your takeaway? What are you excited about? Everything. So it's yeah just do a recap of what did we go through today and what are your next tasks from now.

Kelvin Arnott01:24:22 - 01:24:55

Yeah. So we start off from looking at the like sort of relaunch rebrand new colors all the like the door and like how everything's going to look on Instagram. Then moved into landing page and then looked into the content and what I'm going to. Shoot over the next well what I'm going to shoot today and how to sort of navigate that content plan and everything like that.

Caspar Kjær01:24:55 - 01:24:55

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:24:55 - 01:25:03

And then obviously if I've got any issues put it into the group and then we'll discuss it from there and see if we need to change anything.

Andreas Hartenfels01:25:03 - 01:25:03

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:25:06 - 01:25:18

Nice. And how is your overall feelings in terms of how you're what your brands looks like now? What it's going to look within a very short amount of time over the next once or two weeks. How are you feeling about everything?

Kelvin Arnott01:25:19 - 01:25:40

Yeah. I feel good about it. I think the fresh looks what I needed and I think it looks well it looks so much more professional when you're clicking on that on that page and like you say you can see exactly from the from just looking at that sneak peek see what the page is all about straight away.

Caspar Kjær01:25:41 - 01:25:49

Yeah. And do you feel that it speaks you and what you want to step into as well?

Kelvin Arnott01:25:50 - 01:25:50

Yeah definitely.

Caspar Kjær01:25:51 - 01:25:51

Nice.

Kelvin Arnott01:25:52 - 01:25:57

Yeah. It's like everything we've discussed over the previous weeks is all put into that.

Caspar Kjær01:25:57 - 01:25:58

Yeah. It's all coming together now.

Andreas Hartenfels01:25:59 - 01:26:00

Yeah definitely.

Caspar Kjær01:26:00 - 01:26:34

Yeah. Yeah. It's interesting. Everything leads on to the next and the next and the next and now we're actually in the part where now the ball is being pushed more towards you we are closer to actually going live and starting the 90 days and we have these actual goals. Now everything starts to get real and it seems. To be quite a good timing if you have more or less 14 days where you can focus a lot on this compared to are you completely off from your job or do you still have like everyday tasks you have to log in somewhere or be present or.

Kelvin Arnott01:26:35 - 01:26:39

Well yeah well at the minute like my line's completely free for two weeks but.

Andreas Hartenfels01:26:39 - 01:26:39

Nice.

Kelvin Arnott01:26:40 - 01:26:41

Something could pop up.

Andreas Hartenfels01:26:41 - 01:26:42

Yeah yeah. Okay okay okay.

Caspar Kjær01:26:43 - 01:27:01

Nice. Nice. Well you can film anything whenever you feel like it. You can do all of it today. You have the next 14 days to be a little bit more of out of structure if that fits better if you want to spend more time today on actually reading it through and only filming today. And then.

Kelvin Arnott01:27:01 - 01:27:02

Yeah I think that's what I'm going to do.

Caspar Kjær01:27:03 - 01:27:22

Go going deeper into it. The more you study it the more you ask questions the more you put in the more you take out. But I mean it's also about getting the thing shot. Getting them posted. Getting them done. Don't overthink too much but always ask questions.

Andreas Hartenfels01:27:23 - 01:27:23

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:27:25 - 01:27:25

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:27:26 - 01:27:30

Yeah I think that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to like focus on filming today.

Caspar Kjær01:27:31 - 01:27:31

Yes.

Kelvin Arnott01:27:32 - 01:27:38

And then later on I'll read through everything and then I'll tomorrow I can shoot more.

Caspar Kjær01:27:39 - 01:27:39

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:27:40 - 01:27:40

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:27:40 - 01:27:49

And then a good advice from me when you get a lot of information like this remember to take a few extra walks then it kind of.

Andreas Hartenfels01:27:49 - 01:27:49

But it also.

Caspar Kjær01:27:50 - 01:27:59

Compresses in a different way. It releases some you activate your subconscious mind a bit more than just your conscious mind trying to what the fuck are these guys saying.

Andreas Hartenfels01:28:00 - 01:28:00

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:28:05 - 01:28:05

Nice.

Andreas Hartenfels01:28:08 - 01:28:09

Cool cool cool.

Caspar Kjær01:28:11 - 01:28:20

It was probably what was it do you feel it was a lot? Do you think it was too much? Do you feel it was just exactly what you needed? Was it the clarity? Are you ready to go? Is there anything.

Kelvin Arnott01:28:20 - 01:28:26

Yeah. I think it was I think it was just enough. Like it was obviously a lot of information.

Caspar Kjær01:28:27 - 01:28:27

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:28:27 - 01:28:34

But it was like the way you've explained it is like it's enough information for what I need to do next.

Caspar Kjær01:28:34 - 01:28:34

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:28:36 - 01:28:36

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:28:37 - 01:29:01

Nice. Nice. And there should not be anything that is new. It is just what we have talked about being actually put into something that will be set in motion and that will be acted on. So everything should come from whatever discussion brainstorming interview that we have done over the past weeks. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:29:03 - 01:29:07

Yeah. The past weeks make much more sense now.

Kelvin Arnott01:29:08 - 01:29:08

Yeah definitely.

Andreas Hartenfels01:29:09 - 01:29:09

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:29:13 - 01:29:13

Cool.

Andreas Hartenfels01:29:14 - 01:29:25

Then we said you the meeting notes. Every link is in there. The transcribe is in there much more more information. And then we get going.

Kelvin Arnott01:29:27 - 01:29:28

Sounds good.

Andreas Hartenfels01:29:28 - 01:29:29

Let's fucking go. Nice.

Kelvin Arnott01:29:31 - 01:29:36

With the thumbnails for the reels and things I was starting with them right away.

Andreas Hartenfels01:29:38 - 01:30:09

I would say so. What you could do is good question. If you got the. Quest clip and the main reel from today. Send them in the group chat we can give quick update a quick feedback not about like reediting and re-shooting that's too much for now like get move in but I can then set up the or we have the Google Drive already and I will push the covers in there for you.

Caspar Kjær01:30:09 - 01:30:09

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:10 - 01:30:10

So that you.

Kelvin Arnott01:30:10 - 01:30:15

Can I then just put them into Canva change the image if in the door

Caspar Kjær01:30:15 - 01:30:16

or.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:16 - 01:30:17

You want to do that?

Caspar Kjær01:30:18 - 01:30:19

No he will do it for you.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:20 - 01:30:20

All right.

Caspar Kjær01:30:20 - 01:30:26

Yeah. In the beginning we can help you create it and then we can create a skill that can create it for you. Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:27 - 01:30:27

Right.

Kelvin Arnott01:30:27 - 01:30:30

And then tomorrow is the carousel. Is that.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:31 - 01:30:33

The carousel we will deliver to you as well?

Kelvin Arnott01:30:34 - 01:30:34

Right.

Andreas Hartenfels01:30:34 - 01:30:55

So that's finished and as soon as we. Get moving things are running smoothly we will hand over more and more enablement to you. Yeah. So everything that you need right now we will support as best as possible and as quick as possible so it's less effort for you. Yeah yeah. And then step by step. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:30:55 - 01:31:30

So you can see it sort of like in the beginning with the intensity that we're working now it is more or less a done for you that will transition into a done with you. So we will be enabling you to do more and more by yourself. Instead of going the other way and you being more and more dependent on us that's not how we want to work. We want to enable you to do as much as yourself as possible to the highest level but we also understand that in the beginning you should not sit and spend a few hours doing Canva or something that we would be able to do faster and better.

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:30 - 01:31:30

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:31:31 - 01:31:31

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:33 - 01:31:39

That's just creates more work for you. Without any more value like what's the value in that? Well tell me.

Caspar Kjær01:31:43 - 01:31:43

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:47 - 01:31:49

Sound? Yeah sounds good.

Caspar Kjær01:31:49 - 01:31:51

That was almost like a marathon session.

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:52 - 01:31:52

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:31:54 - 01:31:55

Now I need to lay down.

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:55 - 01:31:56

Wonderful.

Caspar Kjær01:31:56 - 01:31:58

On the floor. With a ball in my back

Andreas Hartenfels01:31:58 - 01:32:02

I'll be like ah. I love it. Because I have this adjustable desk.

Caspar Kjær01:32:05 - 01:32:05

What is that?

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:06 - 01:32:09

There's nothing. Why is the light so bad? Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:32:10 - 01:32:11

We need some more.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:11 - 01:32:14

We need some more anabolic light. Oh.

Caspar Kjær01:32:15 - 01:32:15

Yes.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:16 - 01:32:18

You need to get shredded by the way Kelvin.

Caspar Kjær01:32:20 - 01:32:20

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:20 - 01:32:40

I want to see you don't have to do it now but I want to see you get shredded once. In the next maybe one or two years like really single. Back and shit. Yeah. Just because I'm interested. Your legs are already very lean. Yeah

Kelvin Arnott01:32:41 - 01:32:43

I don't understand. Yeah my legs are always stay lean.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:43 - 01:32:44

I don't know.

Caspar Kjær01:32:46 - 01:32:49

Yeah they seem to be very well developed as well.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:50 - 01:32:50

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:32:50 - 01:32:51

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:32:52 - 01:32:54

It's always been like my legs has always been like my strongest part.

Caspar Kjær01:32:55 - 01:32:55

That's good.

Andreas Hartenfels01:32:56 - 01:32:56

That's helpful.

Kelvin Arnott01:32:56 - 01:32:58

Especially from cross country as a kid.

Andreas Hartenfels01:33:01 - 01:33:11

Yeah there was even a study about especially with men people. That have very well developed legs are living up to five years longer. Than other men.

Caspar Kjær01:33:12 - 01:33:19

Yeah there was also I also seen multiple studies on training leg versus not training leg and the release of testosterone

Andreas Hartenfels01:33:19 - 01:33:21

and.

Caspar Kjær01:33:21 - 01:33:21

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:33:21 - 01:33:27

Yeah testosterone anyway that's like a that's almost an old story right but I didn't know about longevity and stuff.

Caspar Kjær01:33:27 - 01:33:27

Yeah.

Andreas Hartenfels01:33:27 - 01:33:29

Didn't know it had that big of an influence.

Caspar Kjær01:33:30 - 01:33:30

Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:33:30 - 01:33:33

I can get that into the content. I can make you live five years longer.

Caspar Kjær01:33:34 - 01:33:34

Hey.

Andreas Hartenfels01:33:35 - 01:33:35

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:33:36 - 01:34:02

I mean it is. No but also in terms of being sustained skinny for as long time and not going to the gym your it's not only your appearance it's also the bone health. Yeah. Yeah bone health and that is monumental in terms of going into being older let's say that you have a fall or you get sick or something your bone health is going to help you recover a lot faster as well. Yeah.

Kelvin Arnott01:34:02 - 01:34:02

Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:34:05 - 01:34:25

Yeah. That is next next next. Thing. Into the content but all of these things we need to put into the content because that positions you as an expert that actually knows what he's talking about and have another why as to you're not just doing the gym for the looks of it. There's so much more to it.

Andreas Hartenfels01:34:25 - 01:34:58

Yeah that's what I was thinking about legs and stuff and living longer is not necessarily the pain point of your ICP Yeah. I mean it is still part of it but it's not like the one of the biggest pain points but when. It comes to sheer willpower the willpower needed for leg training. Yeah. Compared to upper body training is at a different level. And willpower for someone who wants to build self-confidence is again something crucial.

Caspar Kjær01:34:58 - 01:35:26

Yeah. Yeah and maybe it can also be a way into the gym because let's say that they are very skinny in the upper body weak arms weak back small chest but their legs are actually average. Yeah. Then the leg stretches might even be the best ones because oh here I'm actually not that weak. Yeah. So that can be a way into the gym. Yeah. And a quick way to some success. True.

Andreas Hartenfels01:35:27 - 01:35:36

Yeah. Yeah yeah. Yeah interesting. Yeah interesting. Yeah. Okay enough ideas. Yes yes yes yes yes.

Caspar Kjær01:35:36 - 01:35:37

So we know.

Andreas Hartenfels01:35:37 - 01:35:38

This could go on on and on and on.

Caspar Kjær01:35:38 - 01:35:42

Yeah now we are just confusing confusing.

Andreas Hartenfels01:35:43 - 01:35:44

Please no.

Caspar Kjær01:35:45 - 01:35:45

No.

Andreas Hartenfels01:35:47 - 01:35:59

Thumbs up. Let's go. We're going to do a story picture. Yes. We're going to if you're good with it we're going to push like client meetings and stuff. We're doing this with Johnny as well. Yeah.

Caspar Kjær01:35:59 - 01:36:07

How do we get a how do we get another one? Closer to here. Nice.

Andreas Hartenfels01:36:08 - 01:36:12

Good one. Let's go. Yeah let me just see.

Caspar Kjær01:36:13 - 01:36:13

Works.

Andreas Hartenfels01:36:14 - 01:36:15

Have a great Monday.

Kelvin Arnott01:36:16 - 01:36:16

Andreas Hartenfels01:36:17 - 01:36:19

Caspar Kjær01:36:20 - 01:36:20

Andreas Hartenfels01:36:21 - 01:36:22
